Using the average hourly pollutant data from the China Environmental Monitoring Station and the meteorological data downloaded by the European Meteorological Agency, after data collation, the statistics of 28 cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River were counted using data statistics and a weighted regression model simulation method,Analyze and summarize the temporal and spatial distribution of the overall ozone concentration and pollution status, and analyze the causes of the three aspects of meteorology, socioeconomics and pollutants, and remove the targeted prevention measures for the ozone pollution status and main causes. The results show that:(1)From 2016 to 2018,87.87μg/m3,90.30μg/m3,93.89μg/m3of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration, and the mean 90th percentile concentrations of ozone are 142.42μg/m3,142.35μg/m3,and 145.46μg/m3The maximum value of the hourly average value of urban ozone concentration appears at 6-8 am,and the maximum value occurs at 14-16pm,early summer, autumn, winter and evening in summer;the monthly average value of urban ozone presents an irregular"M"shape, and the concentration is prone to decline in July;season The highest mean value is spring in 2017 and summer in 2016 and 2018.(2)The annual evaluation of ozone concentration in Huanggang City exceeded the standard for three consecutive years,Ezhou City and Xiaogan City exceeded the standard in2016 and 2018,Yueyang and Ji’an exceeded the standard in 2016 and 2017,respectively;the city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in 2016-2018 exceeded the standard515 days,529 days, and 610 days,of which moderate pollution was 22 days,24 days, and 33days,respectively.Severe pollution was 1 day in 2018;in 2016-2018,Wuhan city clusters averaged 80.40 days of ozone pollution per city.On average, the Changzhutan urban agglomeration produces 53.75 days of ozone pollution per city, and the Poyang Lake urban agglomeration produces 42.00 days of ozone pollution on average.(3)Through the regression coefficients of the geographical and space-time weighted regression model for the simulation of ozone concentration in 2016-2018,the 2m temperature, urban car ownership and GDP factors are the three most important factors affecting ozone concentration. From a regional perspective, the area with the most severe ozone pollution is in the surrounding urban agglomerations of Wuhan. The main influencing factors are car ownership,GDP,and temperature. The ozone pollution in the Chang-Zhang-Zhutan urban agglomeration is inferior to the surrounding cities in Wuhan. The ozone pollution around the Poyang Lake urban agglomeration is the lightest, the main influencing factors are temperature,GDP and net solar radiation.(4)Mild pollution in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River mainly occurs when the temperature exceeds 24.38℃at 2m,the net solar radiation exceeds 1.0*107J/M2,,the humidity is less than 60%,the daily cumulative precipitation is less than 3.54mm,the atmospheric pressure is less than 1008hpa,and the wind speed is less than 4.44m/s and the wind direction is east, northeast and northwest;CO concentration is higher than 0.55μg/m3,NO2 concentration is higher than 14.95μg/m3,PM10 concentration exceeds 64.17μg/m3,PM2.5concentration exceeds 28.94μg/m3under.The meteorological factors of moderate pollution are mainly under the weather conditions of 2m temperature higher than 29.23℃,net solar radiation greater than 1.43*107 J/M2,,wind speed less than 2.22m/s,humidity less than 50%,no precipitation, low cloud cover Ozone moderate pollution mainly occurs when the CO concentration is higher than 1.00μg/m3,the NO2 concentration is higher than 25.84μg/m3,and the PM10 concentration is higher than 83.63μg/m3.(5)Cities such as Huanggang City,Ezhou City,Xiaogan City, which have high ozone concentration and many days of pollution, should first limit the discharge of ozone precursors to fundamentally prevent ozone pollution. When ozone is polluted, some ozone should be shut down in a short time.Manufacturers of body emissions, reduce the number of vehicles on the road, and adopt measures such as artificial rainfall to increase air humidity to reduce solar radiation, strengthen monitoring of ozone precursors and ozone concentrations from other cities or other provinces, and strengthen cities and cities, regions and regions Mutual cooperation. In addition to measures to reduce the emission of ozone precursors during light pollution,it is also necessary to control the city air temperature and increase the city air humidity to prevent the development of light pollution to moderate pollution. When moderate pollution occurs, measures such as shutting down the production of the enterprise and restricting cars on the road,as well as artificial rain or water spray as soon as possible to increase air humidity and reduce the amount of solar radiation, can quickly control the ozone concentration. There are differences in the main reasons for ozone exceeding standards in different cities. When meteorological factors are the main reasons, the meteorological factors should be the main starting point. When socioeconomic factors are the main factors, work should be carried out on socioeconomic factors in a timely manner.
