| Garbage sorting is an important part of building a circular economy.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the amount of daily waste generated by residents is increasing year by year,and China’s waste generation has ranked first in the world.At the same time,according to incomplete statistics,there is no shortage of high-value garbage such as express cartons and beverage bottles among the daily garbage generated by residents.Along with the waste classification policies successively promulgated by the central and local governments in recent years,how to guide residents to classify daily waste has become a core issue at the moment.Therefore,in order to regulate the residents’ waste sorting behavior,in order to improve the circular economy system and improve the sustainable development level of the region,it is necessary to build a platform for the residents’ daily waste sorting.First of all,through reasonable incentive mechanism design to regulate the residents’ garbage sorting behavior;secondly,while ensuring the credibility and authenticity of the relevant information of all parties involved in garbage sorting,it also supervises all parties involved in garbage sorting through information sharing(including Equipment),so as to realize the operation of the garbage sorting platform.Aiming at the profit distribution of high-value garbage collection in garbage sorting,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the distribution of garbage sorting revenue,selects 4indicators,and combines cooperative game models to construct an improved garbage collection revenue distribution mechanism,and proposes a blockchain The waste sorting community incentive platform to realize the supervision of all parties(including equipment)in waste sorting,so as to build a safe and reliable waste sorting and supervision environment.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Demand analysis of the blockchain community incentive mechanism and platform for household garbage sorting.In view of the existing problems in the existing garbage sorting platform,including the limitation of the income distribution method and the lack of effective sharing of information between the various participants in the garbage sorting,this article analyzes the residents’ daily garbage sorting based on the background of the residents’ daily garbage sorting.The composition and operating model of the classification process.(2)Construct a garbage collection revenue distribution model.In view of the key elements that affect income distribution in the context of residents’ daily garbage sorting,through reading relevant materials,the four indicators that affect the income distribution of garbage recycling are clarified.At the same time,the data characteristics and practical significance of these four indicators are combined with the VIKOR method.Based on the Shapley value method,an income distribution model for the special scene of household garbage sorting is constructed.(3)The construction of blockchain network and the establishment of key functional modules.Aiming at the background of household garbage sorting,this paper proposes a blockchain community incentive platform for household garbage sorting,and realizes the supervision of all parties(including equipment)in garbage sorting.Regulators(such as the government,urban management and environmental sanitation departments)have implemented the supervision of garbage collection equipment through modules built into the garbage sorting platform.At the same time,the selection of 4 indicators that affect the distribution of garbage collection revenue restricts the participation of each participant in garbage sorting.Behaviors promote the sustainable development of society.(4)Prototype system development and functional simulation.In the development of the prototype system,this article uses JAVA language to develop the platform’s interactive interface,and realizes the temperature and humidity monitoring function of the garbage collection equipment in the platform.In the functional simulation based on Ethereum,this paper deploys the smart contract that collects temperature and humidity,evaluates the various processes in the smart contract,and theoretically proves the effectiveness of the proposed blockchain platform.The interaction between Ethereum and the platform shows the temperature and humidity data recording function of the platform,and the simulation results are presented in the system in the form of a line graph,which further confirms the effectiveness of the platform. |
