| Aiming at the current problems of poor sewage treatment efficiency and low treatment rate in rural areas of China,and improving and purifying the current situation of water ecological,environmental pollution,this paper studies the feasibility of the domestic sewage resource treatment mode in rural areas to screen and separate mature sludge.The hybrid strain community is membrane-hanging microorganisms,and different biofilm carrier materials are selected,and the anaerobic baffled reactor coupled with anaerobic biofilm is studied to treat rural domestic sewage.Through the ABR(anaerobic baffled reactor)device’s intermittent startup,the effect of pollutants under different working conditions Removal effect,the removal effect of various organic pollutants under stable operation,and the retention and transformation of recyclable nutrients.In the study of the impact of coupled anaerobic biofilm on the treatment of rural domestic sewage by ABR,the main conclusions are as follows:The anaerobic biofilm-coupled ABR septic tank was started intermittently by gradually reducing HRT(hydraulic retention time)to 5 d,3 d,and 1 d.The coupling of anaerobic biofilm helped increase the removal rate and COD increase by the ABR device.The ability of the ABR device to resist hydraulic shock load and organic load at the initial start-up period is also conducive to shortening the start-up cycle of the ABR device;at the same time,it enhances the internal stability of the ABR device to ensure that its internal p H,alkalinity,VFA,and ORP are maintained at an appropriate level The environmental value for the growth of anaerobic microorganisms.The biofilm helps to improve the COD and SS(total suspended solids)removal rates of the ABR and enhances its resistance to hydraulic shocks during the various operating phases,with a stepwise reduction in the regulated HRT of 5 d,3 d and 1 d respectively.As the temperature is gradually reduced from 35°C,25°C to 15°C,the biofilm filler ensures the removal of COD and SS by the ABR and improves the resistance of the ABR plant to low temperatures,but has limited impact on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.In the case of elastic packing,fluidised bed packing and suspended ball packing,the suspended ball packing is conducive to improving the removal of COD and SS and the biofilm hanging effect of the ABR. |
