| With the development of economy,China has become the largest manufacturing country in the world.In order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and improve the previous economic growth mode of high pollution and coarse emission,China clearly put forward the green development route in "made in China 2025".From August 2017 to October 2020,five groups of green manufacturing demonstration units have been identified,and China’s green manufacturing construction system is gradually improving.At this time,the evaluation of the comprehensive development level of green manufacturing has become the focus of the construction of green manufacturing system at this stage.Based on the literature research of domestic and foreign scholars on the development process of green manufacturing,this paper evaluates the development level of green manufacturing in six provinces of central China with reference to the standard guide in the construction scheme of green manufacturing system issued by the state.Firstly,this paper summarizes the development process of green manufacturing,the connotation of green manufacturing,the evaluation method of green degree,the evaluation standard of green manufacturing system construction and the green development path,and makes a specific explanation of the connotation of green manufacturing.Secondly,based on the connotation of green manufacturing,the development level of green manufacturing is divided into the following four dimensions: the green level of product design,the clean level of production process,the input level of environmental protection and the level of industrial coupling integration.By analyzing the characteristics of each dimension of green manufacturing,combined with the design principles of evaluation index,the index is designed and screened,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of green manufacturing development level is constructed.Finally,the Anp-Fuzzy method is used to build the comprehensive evaluation model of green manufacturing development level of six provinces in Central China.The ANP method is used to determine the weight of each level of indicators,and the fuzzy algorithm is used to evaluate and score the green development level of each province.According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main constraints in the process of green development in each province,and puts forward policy suggestions to improve the overall level of green manufacturing in view of the common problems existing in the six provinces and their own actual situation. |
