| Organophosphorus is a vital structural motif in various organic molecules and natural products.They are used in many fields such as organic synthesis,biochemistry and pesticide chemistry for their special chemical and biological properties.Therefore,the synthesis of such compounds has attracted a lot of attention by organic researchers.Traditional methods of synthesizing phosphorus-containing organic compounds usually rely on nucleophilic substitution,using metal catalysts,chemical oxidants and other reagents,or pre-functionalization of substrates,multi-step reactions and other means.These methods will cause certain pollution to the environment and lead to a large amount of waste of reagents,which greatly restrictes its practical applications.In terms of global environmental pollution,the development of an environmentally friendly strategy for the synthesis of organic molecules in the field of organic chemistry is extremely urgent.Compared with traditional oxidation reactions,due to the avoidence the use of oxidants(reductant)and transition metal catalysts,electrochemical organic synthesis has been considered as a convenient,environmentally friendly and gentle organic synthesis method,which has received extensive attention from scholars.Compared to the traditional chemical strategies,organic electrochemical strategies could improve the economy of atoms and steps,minimize the generation of chemical waste reagents,and avoid the process of substrate pre-functionalization.Herein,for the construction of organophosphorus compounds,we employed electrochemical-cross-dehydrogenation-coupling strategy to realized the phosphorylation reaction of carboxylic acid and selenol.The main contens of this paper are:1)Under electrochemical conditions,carboxylic acid and phosphonate were used as raw materials to realize the synthesis of acyl phosphate without using metal catalysts and external oxidants.A series of medicinally relevant heterocyclic acids as partners were successfully carried out.In addition,it could also efficiently synthesize the corresponding amide under mild conditions by the one-pot method.Furthermore,the study of reaction mechanism has been carried out;2)Without using metal catalysts and in the case of exogenous oxidants,and under electrochemical conditions,the synthesis of organic selenium and phosphorus compounds was realized using selenol and phosphonate or diaryl phosphine oxide as raw materials.The good tolerance of substituents enables the reaction more attractive in the preparation of organoselenophosphorus compounds.Besides,the study of reaction mechanism has been carried out. |
