| In 2018,the planning outline of xiong’an New District of Hebei Province was issued,which proposed to build xiong’an New District into a green city,reduce emissions from mobile source and improve the atmospheric environment.In order to promote the realization of the goals of green low-carbon and ecological civilization in xiong’an New District and the development of green logistics,Based on the carbon footprint evaluation method and life cycle assessment method,this paper evaluates the emission of ordinary freight transportation means in xiong’an New District and selects the current and future green logistics transportation vehicles of xiong’an new area.It provides a theoretical basis for environmental policy and green logistics development in xiong’an new area.Based on the hybrid life cycle list accounting method,this paper establishes an emission footprint accounting model for electric locomotives,pure electric heavy trucks,diesel heavy trucks,natural gas heavy trucks and oil-gas hybrid heavy trucks from three aspects of fuel cycle,road cycle and vehicle cycle.The emission footprint of five types of transport vehicles is calculated according to the xiong’an and national average level data.According to EDIP97,the life cycle impact assessment model of logistics transportation vehicle is established.According to the current environmental quality and environmental objectives of xiong’an,the emission footprint of transport vehicles is characterized,normalized and weighted,and the current green transport vehicles in xiong’an new area are selected.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the emission footprint of logistics vehicles is carried out from three aspects: power structure,vehicle life and recycled materials use,and the direction of future green logistics transport vehicles and reducing the emission footprint of transport vehicles in xiong’an new area is found.Through the calculation and evaluation of the emission footprint of transport vehicles,it is found that electric locomotive is the most green means of logistics transportation,and natural gas heavy truck is the current green means of logistics transportation among the four types of heavy trucks.Through the sensitivity analysis of power structure,it is found that the sensitivity of electric locomotive and pure electric heavy truck is the highest.With the optimization of power structure,electric locomotive is still the greenest means of transportation,and pure electric heavy truck will replace the position of natural gas heavy truck.Through the sensitivity analysis of vehicle life and recycled materials,it is found that the five types of transport have different sensitivities.According to the above calculation results,this paper puts forward for the control policy of mobile pollution source and the development of green logistics in Xiong’an: electric locomotive is always the greenest means of logistics transportation,and electric locomotive should be preferred in transportation.Among the four types of heavy trucks,the natural gas heavy truck is the current green transportation tool,and the pure electric heavy truck is the future green logistics transportation tool.Therefore,the natural gas heavy truck could be used in the transportation in considering the convenience of transportation and the door-to-door connection problems.At the same time,the development of the pure electric heavy truck also could be promoted,which the pure electric heavy truck is gradually shifted to the pure electric heavy truck with the optimization of the power structure.The energy consumption and emission footprints in the life cycle of the vehicle can be reduced by increasing the service life of vehicles and increasing the proportion of vehicles and road recycled materials used. |
