In order to implement the ecological Xiongan construction plan and practice the low-carbon development of the logistics industry,the Xiongan New Area actively promotes green logistics,adjusts the energy consumption structure and strengthens logistics management.At present,there are few relevant studies on the calculation and statistics of the carbon reduction effect of green logistics in Xiongan New Area,especially the analysis of the benefits generated by the carbon reduction effect of green logistics in the New Area.In this study,through the establishment of green logistics carbon reduction effect calculation model,combined with Xiongan New Area logistics freight demand and transportation carbon reduction,the economic benefits and social benefits of the development of green logistics in Xiongan New Area are estimated and social benefits are analyzed.Whether the development of green logistics in the new area is worthy of providing evidence and making relevant suggestions for subsequent development.According to the current situation and existing major problems,this paper calculates the carbon reduction effect of carrying out green logistics in Xiongan New Area,based on the development of green logistics and the carbon reduction of transportation vehicles.the economic and social benefits of Xiongan New Area are evaluated and analyzed.Regarding the construction of the carbon reduction effect calculation model,the management and emission reduction related content has been added on the basis of the traditional transportation carbon reduction calculation model.Refer to the working principle and characteristics of parallel circuits in physics to summarize the idea of parallel set,build a parallel factor based on the idea of parallel set,and combine the vehicle energy use carbon reduction model with the vehicle management carbon reduction model through the parallel factor to build a green Xiongan New Area Comprehensive model of logistics carbon reduction estimation.In the estimation of green logistics carbon reduction in Xiongan New Area,the current and future freight demand of Xiongan New Area is estimated and predicted through comparative analysis,which provides a basis for subsequent carbon reduction calculation.According to the assumption analysis method and the specific actual situation of Xiongan New Area,the carbon reduction calculation model is used to calculate the transportation emissions and carbon reduction of heavy trucks,medium trucks,light trucks and mini trucks in the new area,and the three management levels of Xiongan are calculated.The annual logistics and transportation carbon reduction in the new area is 23,000 tons,115,000 tons and 121,000 tons respectively,and 115,000 tons are used as the basis for calculating the economic benefits of subsequent carbon reduction effects.Combined with the development of green logistics in Xiongan New Area and the amount of carbon reduction by means of transportation,this paper estimated the economic benefits and analyzed the social benefits,and put forward the following suggestions for the development of green logistics in Xiongan New Area: promote the establishment of the carbon trading market platform in Xiongan New Area;Narrow the market price difference between carbon quota and carbon voluntary reduction;Establish a sound transport vehicle management system;Accelerate the technology research and development of new energy vehicles to reduce vehicle purchase costs;Accelerate the implementation of the Xiongan New Area carbon neutral development process and other relevant recommendations.
