With the rapid development of urban construction in China,urban traffic congestion has become increasingly serious.Urban rail transit has become one of the main ways for residents to travel because of its advantages of high efficiency,convenience and low price.However,due to its relatively closed space,increasing passenger flow,fast operation speed,frequent start-up and stop,emergency evacuation difficulties and other characteristics,once an accident occurs,the consequences will be incalculable.Around this problem,the risk evaluation system of urban rail transit operation is studied.The research on the operation risk of urban rail transit is elaborated from four aspects.First,the risk characteristics of urban rail transit operation and the risk factors that are easy to cause accidents are analyzed through the accident cause model.Second,the establishment of risk evaluation model;Third,the example verification;Fourth,the risk response strategy.The specific development is as follows:(1)The characteristics of urban rail transit operation are analyzed.Through comprehensive and systematic statistics of the accident cases of urban rail transit operation in the past 20 years,the functional resonance analysis method is used to analyze them and summarize the rules.(2)According to the analysis and summary of accident cases based on the functional resonance analysis method,risk factors are identified in combination with literature analysis and field investigation to establish the urban rail transit operation evaluation system;Extenics evaluation model was introduced,the subjective weight was determined by order relation analysis method,and the objective weight was obtained by quantitative analysis of the timing and accuracy of function changes in accident cases by functional resonance analysis method.(3)A case study is carried out.Through the case study of urban rail transit operation risk evaluation model,it is known that the risk factors and the overall risk level in urban rail transit operation.The main risk factors are technical failure of operators,power supply system failure and vehicle equipment failure.(4)On the basis of example verification,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the high and moderate risk factors.In this paper,through the functional modeling analysis of urban rail transit operation,the risk factors are determined,and the evaluation model is established.Through case study and control measures,the applicability of the model is verified,which provides a certain reference value for the application of risk management to urban rail transit operation.
