Concrete has many advantages,in the construction industry has played a great role, but it also has some defects, such as: low tensile strength, pollution, and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to find more green mineral admixtures to replace cement. In order to master the rheological properties and strength of mineral admixture concrete, industrial waste slag powder, crude zeolite powder, pulverized zeolite powder and fiber were selected and mixed into concrete to measure concrete performance. Finally, the influence of slurry thickness and water film thickness on concrete is analyzed. The research results of this paper show that:1.The fluidity, cohesiveness and water seepage coefficient of freshly mixed concrete slurry increase with the increase of the mixing amount of waste slag powder. The resistivity decreases gradually whether the waste slag powder displaces the cement or the aggregate. The strength gradually decreases with the increase of the amount of cement replaced by waste slag powder, and increases first and then decreases with the increase of the amount of replaced aggregate. When the amount of waste slag powder replaced by aggregate is 10%,the compressive strength and tensile strength are the largest, and the porosity presents a roughly opposite trend.2.The slump, expansion and sieving rate of coarse zeolite powder concrete decrease with the increase of the amount of cement replaced by zeolite powder, and increase with the increase of the amount of aggregate replaced. The porosity increases with the increase of the amount of cement replaced by zeolite powder, and decreases with the increase of the amount of replaced aggregate. However, the porosity increases slightly at 10%.The strength decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of cement replaced by zeolite powder, and decreases first and then increases with the increase of the amount of aggregate replaced.3.Concrete slump, expansion and screening rate all decrease significantly with the increase of fiber content. The porosity increases weakly with the increase of fiber content and the resistivity decreases weakly. The tensile strength and compressive strength of concrete increase first and then decrease with the increase of the fiber content. The strength is the highest when the fiber content is 0.15%,and the fiber’s strengthening effect on the tensile strength of concrete is better than that on the compressive strength.4.The impact of pulverized zeolite powder and coarse zeolite powder on concrete slump, expansion and screening rate remains roughly the same, which decreases with the increase of the amount of replaced cement and increases with the increase of replaced aggregate. However, the impact of pulverized zeolite powder on concrete slump, expansion and screening rate is less than that of coarse zeolite powder.5.The influence of mineral admixtures on concrete performance can be explored according to the thickness of slurry film and water film, and finally it is found that the thickness of slurry film and water film are the key controlling factors for the fluidity, cohesion and porosity of concrete.Slump and expansion increased with the increase of water film thickness and serous film thickness, and cohesion decreased with the increase of water film thickness and serous film thickness. The key control factors of rheological property and strength of concrete with film thickness are clearly understood so as to provide certain reference value for the configuration of more new-type concrete materials.
