In recent years,the pillar role of the construction industry in my country’s national economy has become more obvious,and the future development of the construction industry depends not only on the strategic development plan of the construction industry and enterprises but also on the level of my country’s macroeconomic development.Therefore,an objective and accurate description of the safety development level of the construction industry from a macro level is the prerequisite for the government to formulate development strategies for the construction industry.To more comprehensively consider the current safety status of the construction industry and predict the future safety trend from time and space,this article introduces the concept and method of situation assessment into the construction industry,explores the method of regional safety situation assessment in the construction industry,and provides the safety situation of the construction industry.The assessment provides new theories,which have guiding significance for the safe development of the construction industry.First,based on the research of relevant literature,introduce the concept of situation assessment into the construction industry,and define the concepts of construction industry safety situation and construction industry regional safety situation assessment separately;Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the construction industry safety situation,from the perspectives of population,resources,economy,accidents,etc.,three situational subsystems of construction industry regional safety,construction industry regional development,and regional economic development are extracted as first-level indicators,and the construction industry Accident status,industry scale,economic benefits of the construction industry,technical level,regional economic development,5 secondary indicators and 16 tertiary indicators to construct the construction industry regional safety situation assessment index system,and use the game theory combination weighting method to calculate the weight of the evaluation index system;Third,the security situation is divided into four levels,and the construction industry regional security situation assessment model based on cloud matter element theory and the construction industry regional security situation prediction model based on gray BP neural network is constructed;Finally,the article takes the safety situation of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province as an example to conduct an empirical analysis.Based on the "China Statistical Yearbook" and "Shaanxi Provincial Statistical Yearbook" and other documents,the relevant index data of Shaanxi Province from 2009 to 2019 is calculated,and the safety situation assessment model is applied to evaluate Shaanxi.The safety situation of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province in the past 11 years.The study found that the safety situation of the construction industry in Shaanxi Province in the past 11 years was at an average of Ⅱ(safer)level;the results of the situation in 2009-2018 were carried out through the gray BP neural network prediction model.After training,predicting the safety situation of the construction industry in the next three years,and verifying it with the predicted value in 2019,it was found that the prediction result was more accurate.The main value of this paper is to introduce the concept of situation assessment into the construction industry,and demonstrate the research on the regional safety situation assessment method of the construction industry,construct the regional safety situation assessment model and prediction model of the construction industry,and use Shaanxi Province 2009-2019 The data has been empirically analyzed.The research results can provide theoretical support and technical support for the construction industry safety situation assessment of government departments.
