Research On Construction Risk Assessment And Management Control Of H Comprehensive Office Building Project

With the shift of key investment in my country’s national economic construction,competition in construction projects has become increasingly fierce.The complexity of the social and natural environments has increased the factors that induce project risks in engineering projects.In order to maintain the steady progress of the project and successfully complete the construction project goals,in addition to well-coordinated project staff and a rigorous project design team,it is also necessary to identify and identify the construction risks that the project may face before the project starts.Analysis and evaluation,as well as corresponding analysis of construction safety measures,can fundamentally make corresponding measures to prevent risks and promote the sound progress of construction projects.Based on the actual situation of the construction project of the H comprehensive office building,this paper decompose the key construction content of the project,including 11 key construction projects such as stonework,structural engineering,and decoration engineering.Shows the characteristics of multiple participants,tight schedules,and complex types of work;based on the specific,dynamic,hierarchical,and comprehensive risk index selection principles,the risk influencing factors during the construction phase of the H comprehensive office building project are sorted out and included The project construction risk list of 21 risk factors,comprehensively uses AHP method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and ABC method to carry out risk assessment of construction projects.The research results show that fuzzy responsibilities,lagging supply,inadequate planning,improper intervention by higher-level departments,construction plans,and awareness of operation safety are important risk factors in the construction phase of the project.Subsequently,the comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall risk level of the project construction,that is,the comprehensive risk score is 80.625 points,and the overall project risk is in a moderately higher state.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly guard against its high-risk factors.Finally,the corresponding risk avoidance control measures are put forward for the H project in a targeted manner.Through the study of this paper,it can provide some reference for the relevant construction field staff,so as to ensure the smooth development of construction projects.
