Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",China has issued a series of corresponding policies for the current situation of huge construction waste inventory and rough disposal methods,which has initially promoted the industrialization of construction waste recycling.Compared with developed countries,the construction waste in China has the characteristics of huge amount,suddenness,and complexity,and it is difficult to dispose.At present,the utilization level of construction waste is low,the scope of application is narrow,and the economic and social benefits are not satisfactory.This article takes the recycling of construction waste as the main line of research,and takes investigation and experimental research as the main research methods.It conducts an in-depth investigation and research on the current construction waste disposal process in China,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the performance of recycled products.Provide reference opinions on the design of the construction waste disposal line and the production of recycled products.The main research contents are as follows.1.Investigate the domestic construction waste disposal process,introduce the current main technologies involved in construction waste disposal in China.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different companies’ disposal processes,and provide suggestions for the design and construction of existing construction waste disposal production lines.2.Perform particle gradation,apparent density,water absorption,crushing index and mud content performance tests on decoration waste recycled aggregates and engineering waste recycled aggregates,and compare and analyze the differences in technical performance indexes between the two types of recycled aggregates.A variety of different ratios of fully recycled aggregate concrete porous bricks and solid bricks were tested for compressive strength,water absorption and apparent density,and the effects of different proportions of decoration and engineering waste recycled aggregates on the basic performance of recycled concrete bricks were compared and analyzed.3.Test and study the basic performance of demolition waste recycled aggregate.On this basis,conduct proportion test research,and conduct compressive strength,flexural strength and dry density tests on 20 types of recycled foam mortar with different mix ratio.Comparative analysis the effect of 20% admixture of fly ash,water reducing agent,polyvinyl alcohol fiber and aggregate particle gradation adjustment on the basic performance of recycled foam mortar to obtain a mix ratio that meets the requirements of the specification.Choose three different mix ratios according to the test results.The test piece of recycled foam mortar block masonry was prepared,and the compressive strength and shear strength tests of the masonry were carried out.The influence of different material components on the mechanical properties of the masonry was compared and analyzed. |
