Research On Decision-Making Of Closed-Loop Supply Chain With Different Power Structures Considering Government Regulation

As the global environmental pollution and resource shortage are becoming more and more serious,governments of various countries are paying more and more attention to the development of environmental protection and resource recycling,and they have studied and formulated relevant laws and regulations to achieve sustainable economic development.In addition,in recent years,the closed-loop supply chain has received widespread attention from academia and industry due to its social responsibilities,economic and global environmental issues.The effective operation of the closed-loop supply chain can reduce the discharge of residual waste and pollutants,and contribute to the promotion of sustainability.Development is of great significance.Therefore,under the government’s regulatory policies,the operation and coordination of the closed-loop supply chain needs to be further explored.Based on the analysis and summary of previous research results,this paper explores the operation laws of supply chains with different power structures under government regulation through model construction and quantitative analysis.Firstly,a closed-loop supply chain model under different power structures was constructed,and its operation rules were analyzed.Secondly,for the two government regulation methods,the analysis and comparison of recycling and remanufacturing subsidies,carbon emission reduction technology subsidies,carbon taxes,and manufacturers’ low prices were analyzed and compared.The impact of carbonization level,low-carbonization sensitivity coefficient,reference price,social responsibility input sensitivity coefficient and other factors on the closed-loop supply chain under different power structures;finally,due to the loss of the overall profit of the supply chain in the decentralized decision-making model,the contract design is adopted,Coordinated the closed-loop supply chains of different power structures,and verified the correctness of the conclusions through numerical simulation analysis.The research results show that when implementing recycling and remanufacturing subsidies and carbon tax policies:(1)recycling and remanufacturing subsidies only affect the reverse supply chain,and carbon taxes only affect the positive supply chain;(2)government regulatory policies(recycling)The implementation of remanufacturing subsidies,carbon taxes)has different levels of impact on closed-loop supply chains under different power structures;(3)Under three different power structures,product wholesale prices,retail prices,and manufacturer and retailer profits are all sensitive to low-carbonization.The coefficient is positively correlated with the size of the reference price;(4)Manufacturers and retailers have the highest profits when they are dominant,and the total profit of the supply chain is the highest in the centralized decision model,and the lowest when the manufacturer or retailer is dominant.When implementing carbon emission reduction technology subsidies and carbon tax policies:(1)Carbon emission reduction technology subsidies and carbon taxes only affect the forward supply chain and have no effect on the reverse supply chain;(2)Under different market structure types,The effects of government regulatory policies(carbon emission reduction technology subsidies,carbon taxes)are different;(3)Under three different power structures,product retail prices,retailer’s social responsibility input,manufacturer’s and retailer’s profits are all related to social responsibility input The magnitude of the quantity sensitivity coefficient is positively correlated;(4)Manufacturers and retailers have the highest profits when they are dominant.In the centralized decision model,the total profit of the supply chain is the highest.When the retailer is dominant,the total profit of the supply chain is the highest.The profit is the lowest.
