Water is an indispensable and important resource in human production and social development.But in recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,the problem of water pollution has become increasingly prominent,and water quality monitoring has become a key issue in the protection and utilization of water resources.China is a traditional agricultural country,and the quality of the agricultural ecological environment is closely related to the sustainable development strategy of China,among which the safety of irrigation water in agricultural production directly affects the quality of crops.China feeds 20% of the world’s population with 8% of the world’s arable land,and creates "China’s grain miracle".One of the fundamental reasons for the water level is that 40% of China’s arable land type is irrigated farmland and high-yield crop cultivation and crop multi-ripe technology based on water conservancy irrigation.However,if the water quality of irrigation is not up to standard,it will not only make the agricultural environment which is easy to breed bacteria more unsafe,but also make the soil salinization,hardening and so on,leading to crop production reduction.The quality of agricultural products is closely related to the water quality of irrigation.The substandard water quality of irrigation makes the products fail to meet the requirements of green agricultural products production,and also causes huge economic losses to agricultural production personnel.The importance of monitoring water quality of agricultural irrigation water is self-evident.Based on the above situation,this paper focuses on the key technologies of remote water quality monitoring system and carries out related research work in combination with the sub-project of remote monitoring of agricultural irrigation water quality in the project of "Xinjiang Changji Smart Agricultural Greenhouse Construction in 2020".The work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyze the present development of water quality monitoring system at home and abroad,the research on water quality monitoring Internet perception,transmission and processing technology,combined with the practice of the actual demand for irrigation water quality monitoring,to determine the water quality monitoring system to realize the function and system requirements,and the water quality monitoring parameters,remote transmission module,relay forwarding module,LabVIEW PC and so on carries on the overall system design,finally realizes the agricultural water quality remote monitoring system.2.Hardware design of water quality monitoring system.The main control module and gateway module of the system are designed and implemented.In the main control module,a 485 interface circuit is designed to connect the water quality sensor and the SD card data storage circuit.The relay water pump control circuit is matched with the liquid level sensor to complete the operation of taking and discharging water to be measured.In terms of data transmission,LoRa data remote transmission circuit is designed.In addition,LoRa and NB-IoT relay nodes are designed to improve the data transmission distance.3.Software design of water quality monitoring system.Complete the embedded program writing of the water quality monitoring system,and write the Mod Bus protocol program to complete the data collection of water quality temperature,turbidity,dissolved oxygen,p H and conductivity,LoRa module configuration,NB-IoT configuration and SD card configuration.Completing the upper computer software design of LabVIEW,realizing the functions of irrigation water quality data display,threshold setting,exceeding the standard alarm,data storage and so on.4.The Lora communication distance was tested by the way of fixed sites matched with mobile sites.The packet length was 50 and the cycle was sent 100 times for one test.Data display of the cloud platform was tested,and the joint test of upper and lower computers was carried out in the greenhouse environment on the site of the project.The final structure met the expectations and met the application requirements of the project.
