| Aromatic compounds are a class of compounds with aromatic ring structure, which have important applications in organic synthesis industry. For aromatic compounds, the traditional halogenation reaction has low atomic utilization rate and difficulty in product separation; The nitration reaction process employs a mixture of nitric acids and sulfuric acids, nevertheless, the mixed acid system produces a large amount of waste acid, which inevitably results in a high cost of recovery and generates environmental hazards.Heteropoly acid is a kind of bifunctional green catalyst with both acid-base and oxidation-reduction,which can be used for homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions without harm to the environment. Therefore,as an important research topic,it has been widely paid attention to in the field of catalysis. In this paper,a series of cayalysis TEAB-HPMV、QA-HPMV 、MHQ-HPMV,which are insoluble in water 、 alcohol and other polar solvents, have been prepared by the interaction of tetraethyl ammonium bromide(TEAB)、 quinoline-2-formic acid(QA)、8-hydroxy-2-methylquinoline(MHQ)and phosphomolybdate vanadate. The prepared catalysts were characterized and analyzed by XRD、IR、TG and other analytical methods. The catalytic activity of TEAB-HPMV was evaluated in bromination oxidation reaction of phenol.TEAB-HPMV also presented good stability after recycling three times. The catalytic properties of QA-HPMV、MHQ-HPMV and supported QA-HPMV/K-10 catalysts were evaluated by nitration of benzene.Through optimize the reaction conditions, obtain the best catalytic effect. The results show that the catalysts has good reusability and high catalytic activity after repeated use. |
