| All-inorganic perovskite quantum dots(CsPbX3(X=Cl,Br,I)QDs)rely on their outstanding advantages,such as high quantum yield,narrow emission bandwidth,and emission wavelength can be tuned and covered according to the proportion of halogen elements added the full spectrum of visible light,etc.,are widely used in the photovoltaic field.However,due to its sensitivity to light,oxygen,moisture,temperature,etc.,CsPbX3 QDs are extremely unstable in the air environment,which limits their applications in display and lighting.In response to the above problems,this paper embeds CsPbX3 QDs in fluorophosphate glass,aiming to protect the quantum dots with a stable glass structure,thereby improving their stability,and verifying its stability effect in subsequent experiments.The main research work of this paper includes:1.The following studies have been made on the controlled growth of CsPbX3 QDs in fluorophosphate glass:(1)First,the growth mechanism of CsPbX3 QDs in fluorophosphate glass was studied,and it was found that the glass matrix after melting and quenching had a certain fluorescence phenomenon under the irradiation of deep ultraviolet light(256 nm),and through the controlled variable method and test Raman spectroscopy to study and analyze the luminescent center existing in the mother glass;(2)Study the controllable growth of Cs Pb Br3 QDs in fluorophosphate glass by changing the ratio of raw materials of quantum dots,preparation temperature,heat treatment temperature and other conditions;(3)By the addition of light,the quantum dot glass thermal agent precursor,with the non-coherent optical radiation processing,etc.,to study the controllable growth of Cs Pb ClxBr3-x QDs in fluorophosphate glass,and successfully obtained Cs Pb ClxBr3-x QDs glass.2.Aiming at the application of CsPbX3 QDs in the fields of luminescence,light conversion,etc.,first of all,further analysis of the CsPbX3 QDs glass prepared in the previous article,research and analysis by fluorescence spectroscopy,fluorescence lifetime,quantum efficiency,stability and optical properties.(1)Cs Pb Br3 QDs glass is excited by excitation light,its emission peak is at 533nm,and it is more sensitive to 450 nm blue light,it has higher conversion efficiency;it has excellent optical properties,FWHM is about 19 nm,38.85%PLQY,9 ns fluorescence lifetime;At the same time,it has excellent stability.After Cs Pb Br3 QDs fluorophosphate glass is immersed in water for 30 days,the fluorescence intensity remains above 88%of the original.The Cs Pb Br3 QDs glass with light and heat sensitizers still maintains the original fluorescence intensity after being irradiated by strong light;(2)The green phosphor devices assembled with 365 nm LED and 450 nm LD semiconductor light source have high color purity of 96%and 97.3%,and the CIE respectively coordinates are(0.243,0.723)and(0.239,0.739);(3)As the light-switching material bound assembled PIN photodiode photodetector achieve detection and reception of ultraviolet solar blind,and has a high bandwidth. |
