| Owing to carbon emissions,the average temperature on the earth’s surface has been getting higher and higher over the years,which has been catching more and more attention of many countries around the world,especially the western developed countries.With the industrialization of our country,the consumption of coal,electricity and other energy sources has increased year by year,and carbon emissions have increased as well,and China is facing a very severe international situation in terms of carbon emissions.As a traditional high-energy-consuming industry,cement companies not only have a large amount of carbon emissions,but also market competition among themselves are extremely fierce.Therefore,energy conservation and emission reduction,the construction of energy management system have always been important issues for cement industry.The energy management system,based on the actual production data of cement companies,unify energy-saving performance measurement methods to achieve closedloop energy management through the joint efforts of various departments,which has a very obvious effect on the energy-saving and consumption-reduction of cement companies and the improvement of energy management.Taking the energy management project that the writer actually participated in as a case,this thesis studies the energy consumption composition and main energy consumption indicators of cement companies,analyzes the problems of energy management in domestic cement companies,and the basic principles of energy management system construction,and then discusses how to establish a set of energy management systems suitable for cement companies considering their actual needs with the Internet of Things and cloud computing technology,Finally,it summarizes the huge benefits obtained after the application of the energy management system,and looks forward to the future of development direction of the energy management system.Since the cement enterprise energy management system was put into operation,it has been working stably and reliably,and it has achieved the expected construction goals.which has created good conditions for energy optimization management,energy saving and consumption reduction with strong practicability and considerable profit. |
