In recent years,the frequent occurrence of haze in autumn and winter has a great impact on people’s travel.Highway network is an important link between regions,but the operation efficiency of expressway is low because of the haze weather.After the haze weather,the visibility of the road network in the local haze core area is low,and the driving speed is limited or the artificial forced set guidance point,which makes the high-speed road network prone to long-distance and large-area traffic congestion,and even spread to the national highway and provincial highway adjacent to the expressway.In order to improve the operation efficiency of expressway network,make the vehicles dissipate quickly and improve the driving safety index after the fog and haze weather,based on the OD travel data of regional road network,according to the node importance calculation model and traffic simulation,this paper puts forward the dissipation strategy of node release in batches after the fog and haze weather.The main results are as follows:(1)The traffic characteristics of highway vehicles after fog and haze are analyzed,and the evaluation system of the operation efficiency of highway sections and road networks after fog and haze is established,and the traffic operation status is divided into five levels.(2)Simulation calculation based on vissim and vissum,On the basis of traffic flow,the node importance is introduced to analyze the three indicators that affect the node importance: node flow,the connection between node and road network and the distance between node and haze core area or compulsory guidance point.The weight of each indicator is determined by AHP,the node importance model is established,and different nodes are released in batches according to the importance of node in road network Through VISSIM traffic simulation software,we get the travel time,road delay,average speed and other road network operation indexes of vehicles under different strategies.Then the simulation results under different strategies are put into the evaluation index model of the road network,and the optimal dissipation strategy is obtained.(3)Based on the analysis of the traffic volume,traffic flow characteristics,road network operation efficiency,highway and toll station capacity data as well as the actual situation of the road network,combining with VISSIM traffic simulation software,this paper proposes traffic control means for the road network nodes with high node importance,and proposes the traffic control measures for the road network nodes with high node importance The vehicle dissipation strategy of regional expressway network after haze weather.The research results can provide a scientific theoretical basis for traffic management departments to release nodes and set guidance points in the road network after dealing with the haze weather,and play a positive role in improving the operation efficiency and travel safety index of the road network.
