In this paper, the phase equilibrium of Fe(NO33-Mn(NO32-H2O and KNO3-Mn(NO32-H2O were studied by using three different concentration of zinc nitrate copper nitrate basic solution as reaction system, which provided theoretical basis for the preparation of water-soluble fertilizer suitable for Chinese herbal medicine; At the same time, the fertilizer characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine were analyzed, the corresponding water-soluble fertilizer was prepared, and the seed soaking test was carried out.The phase equilibria of Fe(NO33-Mn(NO32-H2O and KNO3-Mn(NO32-H2O systems at different concentrations of Zn(NO32 and Cu(NO32 at constant proportions were studied by isothermal solution equilibrium method.Origin software is used to draw the basic system of Zn(NO32 and Cu(NO32 with different concentrations,Phase equilibrium Fe(NO33-Mn(NO32-H2O phase diagrams at 0℃、10℃、20℃and pH=2、3 and 4,and KNO3-Mn(NO32-H2O phase diagrams at 0℃、10℃and 25℃respectively.According to the phase diagram drawn, the physical meanings of point, line and plane were analyzed, the formulation area of water-soluble fertilizer and the stability of water-soluble fertilizer products were discussed, and three kinds of micro-element water-soluble fertilizer products conforming to NY1428-2010 standard were prepared. The soaking experiment of dandelion, astragalus membranaceus, atractylodes asparagus and prunella prunella was carried out.The results showed that in a reasonable concentration range,water-soluble fertilizer could promote the seed germination of dandelion, astragalus membranaceus, atractylodes asparagus and prunella prunella well, improve various physiological indexes and promote the growth and development of plants.
