Jet fuel has strict requirements on quality indicators.Therefore,single-pipe transportation is generally used when domestic refineries supply jet fuel to airports. However,it is not economical to use single-pipe transportation for large airports far from the refinery. At present, the impact of residual additives, pipeline water, impurities, and mixed oil tails on the quality index of jet fuel and the evolution of diesel-jet fuel mixed oil during transported sequentially in the multi-product pipelines is unknown. And there are many jet fuel quality indicators,it is difficult to establish a jet fuel quality index calculation model, which makes it impossible to determine the jet fuel-diesel mixed oil cutting point. As a result, conservative cutting plans are adopted when formulating jet fuel-diesel mixed oil cutting plans, which greatly increases the amount of jet fuel loss.In view of this, this paper conducts an experimental study on the quality index of jet fuel in multi-product pipelines, and carried out numerical research on the development process of mixed oil,and explores the dynamic prediction of quality indicators and quality control schemes for Jet fuel in multi-product pipelines. In terms of experimental research on the quality index of Jet fuel for sequential transportation pipelines, this paper first analyzes the effects of additives and diesel fuel on the quality index of jet fuel using laboratory experiments, found that the chromaticity index of jet fuel is most sensitive to the blending ratio of diesel.Secondly, based on the field test of the Southwest Pipeline, the variation of the electrical conductivity and water separation index of jet fuel with the distance of pipeline was analyzed. In terms of numerical simulation of the mixed oil concentration distribution of the sequential transportation jet fuel pipeline,a mixed oil concentration distribution model,a velocity field distribution model in the pipe,an effective material diffusion coefficient distribution model of the pipe section, and a dynamic prediction model of quality index during entry of mixed oil section are established, and an efficient algorithm for solving the CFD high-dimensional oil mixture model in industrial long-distance product oil pipelines was developed.By comparing the calculated value of the algorithm in this paper with the experimental value of industrial pipeline, the reliability and applicability of the algorithm are verified. In terms of dynamic prediction and quality control of jet fuel quality indicators for sequential pipelines, based on indoor experimental data,a model for calculating the quality index of aviation coal color and diesel sulfur content is established in this paper, and the optimal aviation coal and diesel cutting points are determined.Combining the above contents, the dynamic prediction of the jet fuel quality index during the inter-station pipeline and the pit stop and the optimization of the mixed oil cutting plan were optimized, and the amount of jet fuel loss was reduced by 69.06% after optimization. In addition, this paper develops a dynamic prediction software for the quality index of jet fuel in product oil pipelines, which can provide a reference for the formulation of scheduling plans and cutting plans for the sequential transportation of jet fuel.
