| In recent years,microreactors have become one of the research hotspots as the core of microchemical systems.In the field of chemical reactions,microreactors have shown unique advantages in achieving safe production and green chemistry.At the same time,ionic liquid as a "double green" catalyst has the advantages of safety and environmental protection.In this paper,the microreactor is applied to the ionic liquid-catalyzed C4 alkylation reaction,with the goal of miniaturizing the C4 alkylation reaction.In the alkylation simulation system,liquid-liquid two-phase flow and gas-liquid-liquid three-phase flow Based on the study of the flow law and phase separation law,a preliminary exploration of the alkylation reaction law was carried out.First,the basic law of the flow of the alkylation simulation system was systematically studied in a coaxial loop-type microchannel device.In the liquid-liquid two-phase flow,three flow patterns of liquid column flow,droplet flow and jet flow were obtained,and the flow pattern was divided and the droplet size prediction of droplet flow and jet flow was carried out.In the gas-liquid-liquid three-phase flow,the oil-in-water-in-gas double emulsion type flow pattern was obtained,and the flow law and the size control of the hollow droplets were discussed,which laid a foundation for the flow pattern control of the alkylation basis.Based on the liquid-liquid two-phase flow,the phase separation method was explored.The gravity-based trumpet phase separation device and the vertical channel phase separation device,and the vertical channel phase separation device based on the difference in wettability are designed,and the phase separation performance of these three phase separation devices is investigated,which is an alkylation product The separation laid the foundation.Finally,the miniaturization process of C4 alkylation reaction was realized,and the law of alkylation reaction was preliminary explored.The effects of phase separation method,residence time,reaction temperature and dispersion size on butene conversion,C8 and target product selectivity,and RON were investigated respectively.The results show that when the raw material isobutane and 2-butene ratio is 50: 1,the alkylation reaction can be completed within 2s and the olefin conversion rate can reach 100%,the highest octane value is 95.3,and the highest C8 selectivity is 70.9%,TMPs/DMHs up to 13.4,low temperature and small dispersion size can optimize the reaction performance. |
