In this paper,the structured Ni microfiber material was prepared by papermaking/sintering method,and micro channel structure can be formed inside the material after sintering.Two new types of reactor for low-temperature sulfuric acid alkylation were designed.The structured Ni microfiber material were packed into the internal channel of the reactor to constitute a microreactor system.The performance of the two types of structured microfiber reactor in low-temperature alkylation were evaluated,the selectivity of different products and ratio of trimethylpentane(TMP)to dimethylhexane(DMH)were used to evaluate the mass transfer performance of structured microfiber reactors.When the reaction temperature was 8 ℃,the optimal operating conditions of the T-type reactor with structured microfiber were: 0.6 MPa pressure,94%porosity,11 s residence time,1:1volumetric ratio of acid to hydrocarbon,30 molar ratio of alkane to alkene,the selectivity of TMP in the products was 58.87 wt.% and molar ratio of TMP to DMH was 4.83.The best operating conditions for the baffled reactor with structured microfiber were: 0.6 MPa pressure,94% porosity,6 s residence time,1:1 volumetric ratio of acid to hydrocarbon,30 molar ratio of alkane to alkene.The selectivity of TMP in the product was 68.21 wt.%,and molar ratio of TMP to DMH was 5.96.Based on the performance comparison of different types of reactor,it was known that the mass transfer performance of the baffled reactor was better than that of the T-type reactor under their best operating conditions.In addition,the predictive correlation for the mass transfer performance of the two types of reactor was established by considering the impacts of the residence time of feedstock and the molar ratio of alkane to alkene in the feedstock.The errors between the calculated value and the experimental results were in the range of minus 11.6% to positive 13.2%,which can be used for design calculation of new type of reactor with structured microfiber.
