The Research Of Coordinated Development Between Zhanjiang’s Marine Fisheries Economy And Marine Environment

Marine Fisheries Economy is an important part of modern marine economy.In the past 30 years,marine fisheries economy of China has got a great progress and occupied a very important position.Marine fisheries economy interacts with marine environment.However,the development model of the marine fisheries economy is mainly based on high-intensity fishing,which excessively consumes marine resources and has an increasingly serious impact on marine environment.Thus it is unsustainability.Zhanjiang,which locates in the southernmost of the motherland and is also a big marine city of China,has abundant resources,such as marine fisheries,ports,coastal tourism.With the development of economy and the in-depth development of marine,the contradiction between marine fisheries economy and marine environment has gradually emerged.To a certain extent,it restricts the pace of sustainable development of marine fisheries economy.The reasons that restrict the coordinated development of Zhanjiang’s marine fisheries economy and marine environment are depleted ocean resource carrying capacity,marine pollution,marine disasters,policies and law enforcement.The article is based on theories of industrial ecology,synergy and sustainable development.It is written by reading literature and field investigation.It is written on the basis of the current situation of Zhanjiang’s marine fisheries economy,marine environment and the main problems existing in the coordinated development of marine fisheries economy and marine environment.The grey relational model of the coordinated development of Zhanjiang’s marine fisheries economy and marine environment is constructed on the basis of following the principles of model construction and selecting various indicators.It analyzes the evaluation index which has 6 dimensions and 12 essential factors.It is compared and sorted the various factors which affect coordinated development between Zhanjiang’s marine fisheries economy and marine environment by using the grey relational model and the averaged data.The relevance ranks as the following: to construct of marine protected areas(representing the dimension of government efforts),to control the number of fishing boats(representing the dimension of fishery infrastructure),to control marine fishing and mariculture area(representing the dimension of resource carrying capacity),to raise the standard-achieving rate of terrestrial pollution source(representing the dimension of environmental pollution),to develop recreation fishery vigorously(representing the dimension of to optimize industrial structure).Based on the results of analysis,the short-term target and mid-and long-term target of coordinated development between Zhanjiang’s marine fisheries economy and marine environment are correspondingly proposed.5 specific measures which are effectively enhance the coordinated development between Zhanjiang’s marine fisheries economy and marine environment are proposed as the following: To optimize primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry structure of marine fisheries economy that can provide better leverage in advantage domain.To upgrade hub status that builds emerging marine ecological industry circle.To integrated control and prevent marine pollution that recovers marine environment.To innovate talent training mechanism that accelerates the transformation of marine fishery scientific and technological achievements.To integrate advantaged marine resources of Zhanjiang that cooperates with other regions.The data are objective scientific and detailed.The grey relational model is in accord with the article.The main factors that affect the coordinated development of Zhanjiang’s marine fisheries economy and marine environment are obtained through quantitative analysis.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.It has a very important reference value and practical significance for Zhanjiang to find a way of coordinated development of marine fishery and environment.
