The efficient and reasonable resource utilization of biogas slurry has always been a serious problem in the construction and operation of large and medium-sized biogas projects.For this reason,using biogas slurry as mother liquor to develop high-efficiency,environmentally friendly and high-value-added liquid fertilizer products and conduct scientific experiments Verification has become an important research topic.The biogas slurry used in the humic acid-containing liquid organic fertilizer developed in this experiment was taken from the Sishe Livestock and Poultry Manure Treatment Biogas Station in Mengjialing Village,Mengjialing Town,Lishu County,Siping City,Jilin Province,and added to the pretreated biogas slurry.Add various nutrients to increase the humic acid and nutrient content in the biogas slurry.The specific research content is as follows:1)Pretreatment of biogas slurryThe raw biogas slurry first enters the aeration device for aeration.After the aeration treatment,the biogas slurry is uniformly stirred and mixed and reacted with the added deodorant bacteria to achieve the deodorization treatment.Adjust the p H value of the solution by adding Na OH solution.Then the liquid is precipitated,and the supernatant is obtained by adding a coagulation flocculation drug to achieve further solid-liquid separation.2)Experimental design optimization of technical parameters for preparing liquid organic fertilizer containing humic acid from biogas slurryThe preparation of humic acid-containing liquid organic fertilizer based on biogas slurry needs to focus on the amount of chelating agent,the amount of stabilizer,reaction time and reaction temperature.The Box-Benhnken response surface design method in Design-Expert software is used to generate the design plan and fit Draw out the regression equations between various factors and the water insoluble content of the main influencing indicators,and determine the relationship between each factor and the water insoluble content through the regression equation and the range of the influence relationship,and investigate the most important indicators that affect the quality of liquid fertilizers.-The influence law of the content of water-insoluble matter,and the optimal preparation interval of each factor is judged.Secondly,it is necessary to analyze the influence of the optimal interval of each factor combination on the humic acid content and total nutrient content.Through the analysis of the comprehensive balance method,the primary and secondary factors affecting the test indicators are obtained,namely: the addition amount of stabilizer>the addition amount of chelating agent>reaction temperature>reaction time,so that the best method for preparing liquid organic fertilizer containing humic acid from biogas slurry is obtained.Preparation parameters.According to the results of the orthogonal experiment,the best combination of factors meeting the test index range is found: the addition amount of stabilizer is0.5% of the test material,the addition amount of chelating agent is 5% of the test material,the reaction temperature is 60℃,and the reaction time is 1.5h.3)Using the prepared biogas slurry supernatant as the raw material,according to the existing national standards for water-soluble fertilizers containing humic acid(NY 1006-2010),a liquid organic fertilizer containing humic acid was preparedThe processed biogas slurry is added with proper amount of urea,ammonium monohydrogen phosphate,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and other nutrients and other reaction aids according to the specifications of NY1106-2010 "Water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid",and added chelating agents,stabilizers and Nutrients such as humic acid,based on the best preparation parameters obtained in the preliminary test design,are stirred with a magnetic stirrer heated in a water bath to uniformly synthesize and test a stable liquid fertilizer containing humic acid.The result is :The total nutrient mass concentration is 216.23g/L,the humic acid mass concentration is 32 g/L,and the water-insoluble matter mass concentration is 11.67g/L.The test results all meet the existing national standards.4)The actual production process design and engineering drawing drawing of organic liquid fertilizer containing humic acid from biogas slurryA large number of experiments and experiments are designed to lay the foundation for industrial design and actual ecological and rational utilization.For this reason,on this basis,carry out industrial design research on the production of humic acid-containing liquid organic fertilizer from biogas slurry,and establish a conducive to efficient treatment of existing Demonstration technology for resource utilization of a large amount of biogas slurry produced by anaerobic fermentation technology of a large amount of wastes such as livestock and poultry manure,through reasonable industrial pretreatment technology of the preparation,draw detailed demonstration engineering drawings,form a complete set of processes and key equipment for preparing liquid organic fertilizer containing humic acid,and establish a new model of comprehensive utilization of resources such as agricultural livestock and poultry breeding waste.
