With the advantages of high efficiency,low pollution,comfort and low cost,straddle type monorail vehicle has become one of the most suitable means of transportation for national sustainable development policy.The operation safety of straddle type monorail vehicle is the first.If the vehicle breaks down seriously,it is likely to cause a major traffic accident,or even overturn the vehicle.People’s lives and national property will also bear huge losses,which will have a huge impact on the international community.The operation time of straddle type monorail vehicle in China is shorter than that of subway,the research on safety related to daily operation is less,the operation safety management measures are not enough,and the management experience is relatively lacking.How to further improve the safety of straddle type monorail vehicles in our country is the key to grasp,so it is imperative to study the operation safety assessment of straddle type monorail vehicles.In this paper,the operation safety of straddle type monorail vehicles is analyzed and studied from the following(1)Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of straddle type monorail vehicles,this paper puts forward the selection and construction principles of straddle type monorail vehicle operation evaluation indexes,and constructs the straddle type monorail vehicle operation safety evaluation index system including six first level indexes and 21 second level indexes,which provides reference for using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate straddle type monorail vehicle operation safety The foundation is provided.(2)The statistical analysis of the fault accidents during the operation of straddle monorail vehicles is carried out.The calculation formula of six indexes,namely bogie index,air braking index,traction power supply index,train network and monitoring index,vehicle body index and auxiliary device index,is determined according to the operation safety assessment system of Straddle Monorail vehicle;combined with the operation safety index of cross seat monorail vehicles provided by the rail company Record relevant information of accident and determine the safety index value of operation safety assessment index of cross seat monorail vehicles.(3)This paper analyzes the technical characteristics and shortcomings of AHP and entropy weight method,and on this basis,analyzes the technical characteristics of comprehensive weighting method,determines to use the optimal combination weighting method to determine the weight of each index in the operation safety evaluation model of straddle type monorail vehicle,and comprehensively evaluates the operation safety level of Chongqing straddle type monorail line 3 combined with the quantitative classification standard of safety level The results show that the optimal combination weighting method is consistent with the actual situation.(4)According to the safety index value of straddle type monorail vehicle operation safety index,the improved critical method is used to determine the weight value of Chongqing straddle type monorail line 3 vehicle operation evaluation index.Combined with the cloud model expression of straddle type monorail vehicle system reliability evaluation index,the new cloud of straddle type monorail vehicle system reliability index is obtained by MATLAB calculation of virtual cloud,and the safety index of straddle type monorail vehicle is predicted The results show that the results of cloud model and improved critical method are consistent with the actual situation.
