| Construction industry is an important pillar of national financial system,and also an important part to improve national life rapidly.The construction industry has created opportunities under China’s "Belt and Road" initiative,but it also faces many challenges.China’s construction and operation situation is not good in recent years.Construction technology advances with more complexity while the construction standards are difficult for the first-line personnel to understand.Eventually this will lead to safety accidents.Despite improvements in construction site protection measures and the safety situation,it still remains critical.Frequent safety accidents not only increase the costs,but also slow the progress and lower the efficiency of safety production,thus it deters the development of construction industry.According to investigation,it can be found that most safety accidents are caused by unsafe behavior.Therefore,reducing the unsafe behavior of first line construction workers is an important topic for relevant practitioners,and also one of the significant methods to reduce the number of safety accidents.This paper takes W City Food Industry Park project as research subject,focusing on the management of unsafe behavior during high-level operations in order to improve risk management in aerial work projects.Based on safety theory,it will instruct and control the risk management more scientifically,systematically and efficiently with the application of actual project.This paper first discusses and analyzes the research background and significance of the subject,and combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature materials on safety operation and high operation risk management,then make an analysis and summarization.The concept and characteristics of fall accident,accident causal chain theory,HFACS accident analysis,human-machine trajectory cross-theory and PDCA cycle theory are used as the theoretical basis and briefly described.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of aerial work of the food industry.By elaborating the safety control points,risk factors and accident cause theory,the significance of the unsafe behavior of the controller is introduced.Third,through the sampling of people’s unsafe behavior,this paper makes a quantitative analysis and evaluation of the danger caused.Lastly,it applies the PDCA cycle theory as a management means for the unsafe behavior.This theory controls and manages the details of construction site by its four steps,i.e.,plan,do,check,action.For the existed advantages,it will continue to be executed in the following cycle.The remaining issues will flow into next cycle for correction.After every cycle,the quality of safety risk management for high-level operations will be leveled up. |
