With the continuous development of domestic social productivity,the demand of power users for high reliability of power supply is becoming more and more urgent,and the reliability and safety of power system maintenance engineering occupy a more important position.During the maintenance project of power system,due to the numerous maintenance projects and complicated technology,and the relatively tight construction period,it is necessary for each maintenance working face to cross at the same time,which increases the safety risk,which is an important link in the safety management of maintenance project.Therefore,it is an important guarantee for power maintenance project to do a good job in safety risk management and prevent personal and equipment safety accidents.Firstly,this paper summarizes and sorts out the research results of safety risk management of maintenance engineering at home and abroad,expounds the management theory related to safety maintenance,and summarizes its research status and development trends.Then,based on the basic theory of safety risk management,the characteristics of safety risk management of electric power overhaul project are combed and analyzed,and the safety risk of electric power overhaul project is identified by using the management-personnel-equipment-environment system theory.Taking the overhaul project of Unit #4 of M Pumped Storage Power Plant as an example,the risk identification and evaluation list are sorted out through expert investigation and other methods,and the safety risk evaluation index system of the project is constructed.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the pairwise judgment matrix of the project case and calculate the weight of safety risk factors;Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the safety risk result of the project case.The comprehensive analysis results of the two methods are output to the formulated management and control measures,so as to improve the safety risk management level of the maintenance project of pumped storage power plant and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Through the research on the safety risk management of electric power overhaul engineering,this paper explores an optimized method of safety risk management of electric power overhaul engineering and puts it into practice in the safety management of electric power overhaul engineering,the research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for further improving the safety risk management level of power maintenance engineering.
