In order to solve the problems of land resource consumption and large amount of carbon dioxide emissions caused by cement production,looking for a green and environmentally friendly building material has become a new development direction in the field of building materials.Combustion of straw is one of the important causes of haze weather.In this study,the low-oxygen pyrolysis of straw into biomass materials is combined with carbonization and maintenance,exploring the possibility of replacing cement materials with biochar,and is committed to achieving the "carbon neutrality" of building materials."The goal.At the same time realize the reuse of agricultural waste.This paper studies the strength and impermeability properties of biochar cement mortar with four dosages of 0%,1%,3%,5% and four cracking temperatures of 300℃,400℃,500℃ and 550℃.It was found that under standard curing conditions,the 3d strength of biochar cement mortar increased with the increase of the amount of biochar,and the maximum strength increased by 55.9%.The 28 d strength first increased and then decreased with the increase of the amount of biochar blended,and reached the maximum when the blending amount was 3%,and the maximum strength increased by 36%.At the same time,cement mortar blended with B550 biochar performed better in terms of longterm strength(28d).When the amount of biochar was 5%,the impermeability of the specimens mixed with B500 biochar increased by 5.1%.Therefore,biochar has practical significance for the substitution of cement materials.Combine the biochar material with carbonization curing to explore the changes in the strength and impermeability of cement mortar.Under carbonization curing conditions,the strength of biochar cement mortar reaches the maximum at the maximum content(5%).The 3d,7d,and 28 d intensity increased by 55.6%,60.7%,and 98%,respectively.Among them,the strength of cement mortar mixed with 500°C biochar has the most obvious increase.For the carbonized specimens,the impermeability of biochar cement mortar mixed with B550 is better,which is improved by 39.68%.Therefore,the comprehensive utilization of biochar materials and carbonization maintenance has great practical significance and development potential.
