| Sulfoxide is a kind of sulfur-containing compounds with good biological activity and important application value.It is widely present in a large number of natural products,drugs,ligands and functional materials,it is an important structural unit in organic chemical synthesis,and more importantly,sulfoxide compounds have begun to be applied in the fields of organic catalysis and metal corrosion inhibition.Therefore,the synthesis method of sulfoxide compound and its application in the field of metal corrosion inhibition have attracted more and more attention from scientific researchers.The specific work is as follows:Study on the synthesis method of sulfoxide compounds.This reaction takes1H-indole and benzenesulfenamide as raw materials,trifluoroacetic acid as accelerator,water as solvent,and can be reacted under mild reaction conditions.A series of different functional groups can be synthesized with a maximum yield of98%.Sulfoxide compounds.To speculate on the possible reaction mechanism,the reaction pathway of sulfinamide and indole for sulfonylation is the electrophilic substitution reaction process.The method uses water as a solvent,does not require a metal catalyst,has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,simple operation,and environmental protection.Study on the anticorrosion property of indole sulfoxide compounds.Taking into account the good adsorption and film-forming properties of indole sulfoxide,two indole sulfoxide self-assembled membranes were prepared on iron substrates,and the hydrophobicity and corrosion inhibition effects of the self-assembled membranes were explored by electrochemical methods and surface analysis methods.The experimental results show that the self-assembled film is hydrophobic and is a mixed corrosion inhibitor,which mainly inhibits the cathodic process of the iron electrode,and adsorbs on the iron surface by means of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.When assembled in 5 mmol/L 3-(p-tolylsulfinyl)-1H-indole(PTSI)and 3-((4-fluorophenyl)sulfinyl)-1H-indole(FPSI)ethanol solutions for 9 h,the corrosion inhibition efficiencies in 1 mol/L HCl solution reached 91.50% and94.24%,respectively.The results of quantum chemistry calculations show that the active adsorption sites of the indole sulfoxide corrosion inhibitor molecules on the iron metal surface are located in the indole sulfoxide framework and phenyl groups,forming feedback bonds and coordination bonds with Fe atoms.The corrosion inhibition efficiency in 1 mol/L HCl solution reached 91.50% and 94.24%,respectively. |
