| The road transportation accidents of hazardous chemicals cause serious harm.According to the accident case database of China Chemical Safety Association,the main types of accidents are rollover and rear end collision.Based on the perspective of transportation laws and regulations,this paper summarizes the risk factors of these accidents,including speeding,overload,fatigue driving and rainy days.Through multiple regression analysis,the influence of each risk factor is quantified,and the influence coefficient of each risk factor is obtained.The main components of the risk field model of hazardous chemicals transportation are the hazard of hazardous chemicals and the risk factors.The risk factors include speeding,overloading,rainy days and fatigue driving.The harmfulness of hazardous chemicals was quantified by analytic hierarchy process.From the perspective of people,vehicles and roads,the impact of various risk factors on the accident is analyzed.Combined with the hazard and risk factors of hazardous chemicals,the risk field model of hazardous chemicals transportation is constructed.Based on the risk field model of hazardous chemicals transportation,the risk is classified into level I risk and level II risk.According to the relevant laws and regulations,the limit values of speed,load,continuous driving time and other factors are determined,and the level I risk value is calculated according to the dangerous chemical transportation risk field model.Through the simulation experiment of rollover and rear end collision with trucksim software,the accident values of various risk factors are obtained,and the level II risk value is calculated according to the dangerous chemical transportation risk field model.Taking the transportation process of gasoline as an example,the calculated level I risk value is0.16 and level II risk value is 1.06.When the risk field value is less than the level I risk value,it is judged that the road transportation of hazardous chemicals is in a safe state.When the risk field value is greater than the level I risk value and less than the level II risk value,it is judged that the road transportation of hazardous chemicals is in a risk state.When the risk field value is greater than the level II risk value,it is judged that the road transportation of hazardous chemicals is in a dangerous state.An active safety control system is designed to warn the driver when the risk field value is greater than the level I risk value,and control the speed when the risk field value is greater than the level II risk value.The experimental results show that the risk classification is reasonable and the active control system is effective.The results of accident case verification and model vehicle experiment show that the proposed hazardous chemical transportation risk field model and two-level risk classification are reasonable,and the active safety control system can effectively prevent vehicle accidents.To sum up,in view of the hazards of hazardous chemicals,as well as the impact of hazardous chemicals transport vehicles speeding,overloading,rainy days in the transport process,driver fatigue driving and other factors on transport safety,this paper constructs a risk assessment model of hazardous chemicals transport vehicles.Through the simulation experiment,the accuracy of the model is verified.Based on the model,the risk is classified,and an active safety control system is designed.The experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the safety of hazardous chemicals transportation. |
