With the development of society and the construction of urbanization,the environmental pollution of water ecological reserve has become serious,among which the disturbance of wild animals,vehicles and human beings has a very serious impact on the ecological environment of water ecological reserve.At present,with the rapid development of computer technology,target detection system can be designed for the management of water ecological reserve,which can realize the real-time monitoring and alarm of targets around the water ecological reserve,and make the target management around the water ecological reserve more convenient.How to accurately realize the target detection around the water ecological reserve has become an important issue,because the target detection around the water ecological reserve has the influence of wind disturbance,water ripple and other noises.Aiming at the particularity of moving target detection around the water ecological reserve,this paper uses KNN background modeling technology and background subtraction technology to realize the target detection around the water ecological reserve.Firstly,the monitoring video stream data provided by the cameras deployed around the water ecological protection zone is used to detect the moving objects in the video by background difference method based on the KNN model background modeling,and the detection result pictures are stored in the file server.Then according to the actual application needs,design and development of video monitoring system,including video processing subsystem and the information management subsystem,including video processing subsystem mainly includes camera video streaming read and target detection and the result image in file server functions,such as information management subsystem is mainly provide a visual interface for information management and the view,The main functions are the distribution of the camera in the water ecological protection area,the information of the camera,the management of the alarm information,and the statistics of the monitoring results.Finally,the system development and realization,mainly describes the development environment of the system,the development technology used by the system and the realization process of each function of the system.The video processing subsystem uses Python and Open CV for target detection,and the file server uses IIS manager to build.The information management subsystem adopts B/S structure,the front-end uses VUE framework combined with Element UI,and the backend uses Java Spring framework combined with other related technologies to realize the requirements.Through the analysis of the running result of the system,it shows that the system is feasible and effective.
