| The shortage of coking coal resources determines the urgent need for the coking industry to expand the utilization of different rank coal.Coking enterprises have to carry out new exploration and practice on the utilization of coal resources.Through the use of mixed coking coal to achieve the purpose of complementary advantages and co-utilization,so as to make effective use of inferior coal and expand the sources of available coal,and effectively reduce the production cost.Eight kinds of coking coal were selected to analyze their proximate analysis,technological index and vitrinite reflectance distribution.And a separate small-scale experiment was carried out by using coke oven to determine their stability,inclusiveness and coking ability.The optical texture contents of cokes from 8 kinds of coal tested in coke oven were determined to find out the relationship among lithofacies composition,coke optical texture and coke quality of mixed coking coal.The influence of mixed coking coal on the quality of coke products was verified through actual industrial production.The results show that simple non-notched mixed coking coal and mixed coking coal with one notch can be used in practical production instead of single coking coal.After replacement,the thermal strength CSR of coke products reaches 65.1%,the cold strength M40 reaches 85.3%,and the reactivity index CRI reaches 24.6%,which can meet the requirements of regular production,effectively expand the availability of coal resources,and reduce production costs.A positive correlation was found between the lithofacies composition of mixed coking coal,the coke optical texture content and coke quality.Under the premise of certain conventional indicators,the higher the proportion of the average Rran in the range of 0.9~1.53,the higher the coke optical anisotropy content,the better the coke quality would be.When the proportion is too low,it should be considered to increase the proportion of other coal in the section,otherwise it may make the coke quality worse.The coal blending can be guided according to this proportion.Figure26;Table26;Reference48. |
