Hyper-coal is an effective way to utilize low rank coal.It is possible to apply low ash and high thermoplasticity of Hyper-coal in coking.To study the influence of structure change on coke quality in the conversion process of Hyper-coal can deepen the understanding of the role of Hyper-coal in the process of coke formation.Based on the relationship between macroscopic properties and microstructure of lignite and Hyper-coal,the optimum extraction temperature was determined.Based on the influence of the addition of Hyper-coal on the thermoplasticity of a single type of coal,the optimum blending proportion is determined.The influence of Hyper-coal on coke conversion process was studied.The properties of ash free coal extracted at different temperatures are different greatly.However,the overall thermoplasticity is positively correlated with the addition of ash free coal.Meanwhile,it is found that the modification effect of ash free coal on lean coal is not obvious.Therefore,the two coals with obvious modification effect are selected to study the coke transformation structure and coke quality.In the process of co-carbonization,the addition of Hyper-coal will inhibit the formation of coke pores,so that the specific surface of coke decreases,and the average pore size increases.FT-IR analysis shows that the high volatility of Hyper-coal can promote the reduction of functional groups of single coal.XRD analysis shows that the molecular structure of coke is wider and thinner.Raman analysis showed that the carbon microcrystalline defects first increased and then decreased,presenting a regularity of relatively regular-slightly chaotic-regular arrangement.The detection of coke quality shows that the Hyper-coal reduces the ash content of coke,increases the reaction rate,and improves the post-reaction strength.There are macroscopic and microscopic differences in the Hyper-coal at different temperatures,which may be due to the good plasticity caused by the wide,thin and compact carbon network structure of the Hyper-coal.380 ℃ is selected to prepare the coal.Hypercoal is mixed into three kinds of coal with different rank,10% is the best ratio.In the process of co-carbonization,the physical and chemical structures change and specific molecular structures are generated,which makes the reaction rate of coke increase and PSR increase.Figure 29;Table 34;Reference 60...
