As a special energy medium,energetic materials are widely used in many fields,and research on them has always been the focus of scientific researchers in various countries.The processing of energetic materials is mainly pre-calendered by smooth roll calender or groove calender,and then put into single screw screw press for secondary molding products.With the in-depth research on high-solid energetic materials,traditional processing equipment can no longer meet the technological requirements of high-viscosity raw materials.Therefore,it is urgent to study new plasticization equipment with high plasticization efficiency,continuous plasticization process,and safety.Under this background The research on the plasticization mechanism and shear plasticization device of high-solid energetic materials has important application value.In addition,the plasticized materials have quality problems such as uniformity,plasticization,density,and poor repeatability,which affect the quality of the final product.Studying the influence of different twin-screw plasticization process parameters on the plasticization quality and quality fluctuations of materials,and exploring the consistency control methods of plasticization quality are of great significance to the realization of the quality assurance,stability and safety of the twin-screw plasticization process.This subject mainly carries out the following research:This subject mainly carries out the following research:1.According to the processing characteristics of energetic materials,the composition of energetic material simulation material suitable for conical twin-screw processing was studied and determined,and the conical twin-screw extrusion experiment and testing platform was developed and built to carry out one-step plasticization,mixing,two-stage dehydration and exhaust and granulation of high water-content materials.Meanwhile,the effect of different process parameters on material rheological properties and the fluctuation of the diameter and size of the material were monitored online.2.For the dewatering and plasticizing process of energetic materials,the influences of screw speed,cylinder temperature and feeding rate on the water displacement rate of extruded materials were studied,and then the influence rules and characterization methods of cylinder temperature,screw speed,feeding rate and material moisture content on the plasticizing quality were explored.3.Aiming at the main factors affecting the quality of plasticization,through orthogonal experiment method,the impact strength of the sample is analyzed and determined as the evaluation index of plasticization quality.Based on the principle of neural network,a BP neural network prediction model between process conditions and material parameters and impact strength is established.At the same time,the polynomial fitting method was used to establish the functional equations between the process parameters and the plasticizing quality,and the predictable and consistent control of the plasticizing quality of the extrudate under different process conditions was initially realized.
