Study On The Impact Of "Zero Waste" Management Of Municipal Solid Waste Based On Gree Relational Analysis

The increasing production and accumulation of municipal solid waste(MSW)have caused serious harm to water,air,soil and the living environment of residents,and it is urgent to manage it."Zero waste"management of municipal solid waste is an effective solution to the"garbage siege" crisis,and is also the highest goal of municipal solid waste management.It is the only way to attract social capital investment,optimize the living environment,enhance social well-being,and achieve multi-win-win social,economic and environmental benefits.To explore the important factors influencing the "zero waste" management of MSW and to clarify the positive factors of the "zero waste" management of MSW is an important measure to promote the formation of a "zero waste"management mode that can be replicated and popularized in China.In this paper,literature analysis and mathematical statistics are adopted to sort out the relevant factors and data of "zero waste"management of MSW.Based on circular economy theory,the whole life cycle theory,sustainable development theory and the theory on the basis of green manufacture,the paper takes shenzhen,baotou,tongling,weihai,chongqing,shaoxing,sanya,xuzhou,panjin,xining as the study area,based on grey correlation degree is constructed of urban living garbage"zero waste" management factors research,results showed that high correlation coefficient with per capita GDP,total retail sales of social consumer goods,per capita disposable income per capita,per capita local general public budget revenue,local general public budget expenditure per capita,the consumer price index,the sewage treatment capacity;The correlation index includes per capita park area,per capita annual salary of employees in urban units,and the number of employed persons.Low correlation index includes per capita urban road area.Therefore,to promote the "zero waste" management of MSW,we should attach importance to multiple measures of economic,social development and urban environmental management.
