Long-term exposure to industrial dust can cause health damage to the human body.Studying the body health damage caused by industrial dust is of great significance for the dust control in enterprises,occupational health management of employees,occupational health supervision of the regulatory departments,and the prevention of occupational diseases within the region.This thesis mainly investigates the pollution level of different types of indsutrial dust in four categories of enterprises in Hutubi County,which are flour processing enterprises,cement grinding enterprises,blue carbon processing enterprises,and cotton processing enterprises.With the help of the monitoring data of various types of dust obtained from the workplace,relevant theories and models of health damage assessment are established to quantitatively calculate the health exposure risks and the health damages to individuals of all types of work in of the selected enterprises.The main findings of this thesis are as follows:(1)Amongst the enterprises selected in this study,the cotton processing enterprises had the highest pollution level of 87.9%,when taking dust concentration exceeding rate as the evaluation index.Meanwhile,the flour processing enterprises have the lowest sample pollution exceeding rate of 6.25%.When taking dust concentration as the evaluation index,the order of the pollution level from the top to bottom change to blue carbon processing enterprises,cement grinding enterprises,cotton processing enterprises and flour processing enterprises.(2)The health exposure risk of different occupations in each selected enterprise is calculated based on exposure parameter method.The calculation results shows that among the four types of enterprises,the health exposure risk order from the highest to lowest is:traditional blue carbon enterprises,cotton processing enterprises,cement grinding enterprises and flour processing enterprises.Through calculating the parameter sensitivity in the health risk models,it is found that the parameters of AT(life exposure time of the post)and ED(exposure cycle),followed by C(dust concentration in the work environment)and IR(breathing rate)have the greatest health risk impact.(3)Monte Carlo simulation is introduced to calculate the corresponding occupational health damage using the distribution proportion of health exposure risk among various types of damage diseases,.The body health damage level order of the selected four types of enterprises from top to bottom is:traditional blue charcoal enterprises,cotton processing enterprises,cement grinding enterprises and flour processing enterprises.Meanwhile,the post which receives the most serious health damage is the coal worker from traditional blue charcoal enterprise B,and the post which receives te least damage is the flour blender from flour processing enterprise. |
