With the continuous development of economy and society,the problems of rural domestic waste pollution have become much more serious and there is an urgent need for relevant effective treatments.In recent years,great importance has been attached to the construction of ecological civilization.The rural environmental remediation action plan issued by the central government has greatly strengthened the implementation of rural domestic waste classification.Nowadays,the sorting of rural domestic waste has been carried out in an all-round way in Jiangsu Province.As a trial area of waste classification,Nanjing Gucheng has mastered some treatment experience,however,its domestic waste classification work is still in its infancy and lacks strong technical support.For example,there are many problems in the collection,transportation and disposal of waste.Therefore,according to the local actual situation and the three aspects mentioned above,the urban domestic waste classification,collection,transportation and treatment system in Gucheng can be optimized reasonably,which has an important guiding significance for promoting the rural waste classification work and environmental remediation work in Jiangsu Province.In this study,Nanjing Gucheng is selected as the research object for its typical rural characteristics.Firstly,through on-the-spot investigation,the characteristics of the amount of domestic waste produced and the residents’ awareness of waste classification can be mastered,the progress of rural domestic waste classification work in the trial area can be analyzed comprehensively,the problems existing in waste classification work.Based on this,this study focuses on the optimization of domestic waste collection and transportation system,uses GIS spatial analysis technology with the consideration of the natural geography,population density,traffic conditions and other factors to optimize the layout of domestic waste collection points in the research area.Finally,according to the actual situation of the investigation,the emergency plan for the disposal of domestic waste is compiled.The results show that the main components of domestic waste in the trial area are kitchen waste,plastic rubber waste,textile waste and brick lime soil waste.The daily output of domestic waste per capita is 0.589 kg,and the daily output of perishable waste per capita is 0.247 kg which has the largest proportion.88.79%of the rural residents in the survey area support waste classification and put it into practice to varying degrees,75.14%of the rural residents are willing to share the operation and management costs of the garbage collection system for the government.Based on the local actual situation and the particularity of rural areas,this study proposes to set the names of the two garbage bins at the door of the household as kitchen waste and other garbage in terms of the classification method and treatment mode of domestic garbage,so as to play the leading role of Party members,village cadres and other groups,and further improve the enthusiasm of villagers in garbage classification.In view of the composition characteristics of rural domestic waste,the use of small closed compost reactor technology to deal with perishable waste is strongly advocated.In the aspect of domestic waste collection and transportation system,GIS technology is used to analyze the suitability of 115 domestic waste collection points in the research area,such as buffer zone analysis and overlay analysis.The unreasonable points are removed and the optimal layout of 61 domestic waste collection points in Gucheng town is obtained by adding suitable points.Based on this,according to the planning of Gucheng waste treatment stations and the distribution of Gucheng urban road network,the collection and transportation path of garbage trucks is optimized to reduce the cost of domestic waste collection and transportation.In the management side of the domestic waste collection and transportation system,according to the personnel allocation and waste treatment facilities of the waste classification and disposal work in the research area,a feasible emergency plan for the disposal of domestic waste in villages and towns has been compiled.
