| At present,the Internet of ceramic industry is not perfect.Traditional mobile phone software is difficult to show the unique artistic sense and texture of ceramics,but with the help of XR platform or 3D platform,users can observe ceramic models more impressively.Under the background of the lack of research on Virtualization in the ceramic industry,this topic will establish a set of virtual porcelain construction process based on three-dimensional virtual space.It contains the generation,drawing simulation and rendering of virtual porcelain.First of all,this paper constructs the three-dimensional model of ceramics based on computer graphics,and makes a design of the construction algorithm of the three-dimensional model of ceramics;then this paper uses the procedure of collective deformation to control the deformation of virtual ceramics.This paper design an algorithm of virtual ceramic deform simulation and the virtual ceramic data compression method based on geometric features.In addition,this paper proposes a physics-based ceramic 3D model style rendering method,which starts from the most basic BRDF rendering equation and Cook-Torrance reflectivity equation in real-time rendering,and combines the reflectivity parameter F0 to construct a physics-based ceramic style rendering equation.After implementation,an optimization scheme based on interpolation and self-illumination intensity is proposed for this straightforward rendering equation.This method is used to optimize the problem that the shadow surface is too dark in the non-ray tracing PBR equation.Finally,this paper makes a detailed design and implementation of the client and server architecture of the simulated 3D ceramic exhibition hall.The theoretical models and algorithms proposed in this paper,such as simulated ceramic model construction,drawing simulation and rendering.This paper also conducts an in-depth study on how to standardize the model data effectively by the external ceramic model.In addition,this paper not only studies the theory,but also optimizes the performance of the rendering complexity and the compression of the data stream of the porcelain model.On this basis,the follow-up research can study the algorithm theory and scheme of complex model shape construction based on finite distance field. |
