| China’s material industry is in the development stage.Many enterprises are gradually exploring new strategic positioning and adapting to their own development path.Continuous M＆A has increasingly become a more important way for many enterprises to realize their own strategic development.This paper combs the process of continuous M＆A and the changes of the company’s business sector before and after M＆A by sorting out the definitions related to continuous M＆A and summarizing the performance analysis methods,Comprehensively analyze the financial performance and non-financial performance of Chinese porcelain materials,classify and discuss the short-term performance of Chinese porcelain materials by using the event research method,analyze the long-term performance of Chinese porcelain materials in detail by using EVA economic added value,factor analysis method and enterprise financial index method,analyze the changes before and after the company’s M＆A from a nonfinancial perspective,and obtain experience enlightenment,which is conducive to other similar companies according to their experience,rational use of continuous mergers and acquisitions to enhance their own strength and improve the industrial layout. |
