Municipal sewage sludge is rich in organic matter and nutrient elements, and can be used as soil organic fertilizer for resource utilization on the basis of harmless treatment.Aeolian soil is sandy soil with poor soil structure. The addition of external organic materials can effectively solve the problems of low productivity. The joint development of the two is of great social production significance. This research is based on the improvement of the soil fertility and production and utilization of the windy sandy land,in the Horqin sandy area of Zhanggutai in Liaoning Province,a test of the use of municipal sewage sludge and soil fertilizer was carried out.In the early stage, the earthworm biotechnology was used in the harmless treatment of municipal sewage sludge to further increase the fertilizer effect. In this experiment, the potted method was used to study the effect of adding municipal sewage sludge on the soil properties of aeolian soil, and to detect and analyze the growth traits of oat seedlings. The preliminary experimental results are as follows:(1)The addition of municipal sewage sludge in different ratios has different effects on the physical and chemical properties of aeolian soil.Among them, soil water content, salt content, electrical conductivity were reduced compared to the control(CK)during T1 and T2 treatments, and then increased with the increase in the amount of municipal sewage sludge added. The salt content reached the maximum during T4 treatment with the maximum value 38.66 mg/kg.The soil water content and electrical conductivity are the largest during T5 treatment, which are10.50% and 62.00 m S/cm respectively. The p H value of the soil gradually decreases with the increase in the amount of municipal sewage sludge, and the soil has a weak acidification trend. The soil effectively increased the content of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus in aeolian soil. The significant level is closely related to the addition amount, and the maximum values respectively in T5 treatment are 25.6g/kg,1.47 g,25.6 g/kg,1.47 g/kg,0.78 g/kg,275.33 mg/kg,and 145.08 mg/kg.(2)The addition of municipal sewage sludge to aeolian soil effectively improved soil enzyme activity, and with the increase in the amount of addition, the enzyme activity also increased. The T3 treatment began to reach a significant level(P<0.05).Compared with the control CK,the activities of soil invertase, urease and phosphatase respectively increased by188.21%,1212.85%,and 556.40%.(3)The addition of municipal sewage sludge to aeolian soil has a good fertilization effect and the addition of different amount ratios can promote the growth of oat seedlings.Among them, the effect on seedling height and root system length was the most significant and all treatments reached a significant level(P < 0.05).The initial effect of T2 treatment with base stem thickness and leaf width was significant(P<0.05).The effect of increasing the number of leaves was not obvious, but the maximum increase was 15.23% in T4 treatment. The biomass accumulation of oat seedlings was the most significant increase in the root system, followed by the stem and leaf biomass at T3 and T5 treatments, which reached significant levels(P<0.05).(4)The addition of municipal sewage sludge in different amount ratios had different effects on the nutrient content distribution of oat seedling growth.Increasing the addition of municipal sewage sludge reduced the TC content of oat seedling stems and leaves, but increased the TC content of the roots, and the ratio of TC content to the ground distribution decreased. The TN content of stems, leaves and roots all increased with the increase of municipal sewage sludge addition. The proportion of TN content in the ground distribution increased. The addition of municipal sewage sludge significantly reduced the TP content in the roots(P<0.05),but the effect on the TP content in the stems and leaves was not significant, and the TP content in the roots of oat seedlings decreased.(5)Increasing the amount of municipal sewage sludge added reduced the C:N of oat seedling stems, leaves, and roots, reaching significant levels in T4,T2,and T2 treatments(P<0.05).Increasing N:P,respectively T4,T3,T3 treatment reached a significant level(P<0.05).while C:P increased first and then decreased with the increase in the amount of municipal sewage sludge added, and the stem C:P was significantly different between the treatments T2,T4 and the control CK.The root and leaf C:P were not significantly different from the control CK.The paper has 11 pictures,6 tables, and 96 references.
