The rapid development of urbanization promotes social and economic development.At the same time seriously threats to the health of river ecosystem in the region,resulting in frequent occurrence of eutrophication,black-odor water bodies and reduction of hydrological integrity,which not only destroys the natural ecological landscape,but also does harm to human health.Since the idea of building a beautiful China was put forward at the 19 th CPC National Congress,the water conservancy departments have actively carried out the work of river and lake health assessment and water ecological civilization city construction,which have achieved good results.In recent years,with the development and application of technologies such as big data and the Internet of Things,river monitoring technologies have become more mature,and smart water services have quickly become an industry hotspot.The river health data has many problems,such as cross-department,various storage forms,low storage efficiency,and neglecting semantic information.In order to make full use of river health data,it is urgent to study a method that can integrate the semantic information of multi-source heterogeneous data and effectively manage it.As a formal description of concepts and their relationships within the domain,ontology has great advantages in the processing of semantic heterogeneity of multi-source heterogeneous data.It is of great significance to apply ontology to the field of river health,construct the river health ontology,define the concepts,attributes and mutual relations of this field,and realize the research on data integration and management methods in the field of river health.Aiming at the issue,this paper constructs its ontology model based on the concept of river health.Then study its integration and management methods based on the characteristics of river health data.Finally,taking the small and medium-sized rivers in Baoshan District,Shanghai as an example,construct the river health ontology to realize the storage and query of river health-related data.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:1)Analysis of the concept of river health and its ontology constructionFirst,analyze the concept of river health from connotation and characterization.Then explain the definition,structure and construction methods of domain ontology.On this basis,from the perspective of the river channel conceptual model,study the ontology model of river channel health management,river channel health evaluation and river channel health evolution process,and describe the attributes and relationships of the concepts in the river health ontology.2)The characteristics of river health multi-source data and its integration and management methods.First,analyze the types of river health data and their characteristics in time,space and attributes.Next,combined with the conceptual model of river health ontology,design a logical model of river health.Then the mapping relationship between ontology and data is established to realize the method of transforming ontology to graph database.Finally,organize and manage river health data reasonably and effectively by designing a data storage model based on the Neo4 j graph database.3)Implementation of river health visualization prototype system and case constructionBased on the river health data integration and management method proposed in this paper,a small and medium-sized river in Baoshan District of Shanghai was taken as an example to realize a visualization prototype system for river health.Then construct the river health ontology based on Protégé to formalize and standardize the entity,attribute and relationship of the river health data.Then,the mapping and reasoning of the ontology data are carried out.At the same time,design the diagram database pattern to realize the river health data storage and query.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is verified through comparative experiments and a visual prototype system.
