| Understand the distribution level of new pollutants in the water of Shanghai sewage treatment plant and evaluate its health risks.We selected trihalomethanes and several antibiotics as the target pollutants to be tested,and established a selective ion scanning method(SIM)using headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to detect the content of trihalomethanes in drinking water,and The pretreatment method of solid phase extraction used HPLC-MS/MS to detect the antibiotic content in each process structure of the sewage treatment plant.This experiment is applied to the detection of trihalomethane content in 6sewage plants in Shanghai;at the same time,it is based on the health risk assessment model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)on the carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic properties of various pollutants throμgh oral exposure.The risks are assessed.The main disinfection by-products detected in the water samples of the various components of the sewage plant are trihalomethanes(chloroform,bromodichloromethane,chlorodibromomethane and tribromomethane),and the highest concentrations detected in the factory water are respectively They are 36.42,23.98,8.49 and21.69μg/L,which generally do not exceed the national standard limit and meet the requirements of the national standard.The carcinogenic risk caused by trihalomethanes in the factory water in the four samplings was 3.53×10-5,4.85×10-5,2.69×10-5 and 4.32×10-5,all within the acceptable risk range of the US Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)(1.0×10-6-1.0×10-4),which is lower than the maximum acceptable value of the International Commission on Radiation Protection(ICRP)(5.0×10-5);non-carcinogenic health risks of 0.1,0.121,0.067 and 0.094 are far lower than the US environmental protection The limit specified by the Department(HI<1).Sampling of wastewater treatment plant C,three antibiotics(tetracycline,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline)were tested,and the average concentration of raw water at the inlet was 130,79,and 38ng/L,and the content of factory water was 50,0,0 ng/L,the removal rate of these three antibiotics(tetracycline,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline)in the wastewater treatment plant is 59%,100%,and 100%,respectively.The carcinogenic risk caused by antibiotic content is 9.8×10-9,1.22×10-8 and 1.51×10-8,respectively,and the potential non-carcinogenic health risks caused by it are 1.22×10-4,1.53×10-4 and 1.89×10-4,respectively.The indexes are far below the prescribed limit. |
