| Sulfur-containing heterocyclic structures are widely present in biologically active molecules and are also important synthons in chemistry.Thiazolidine compounds and thiopyran compounds play an important role with their unique heterocyclic structure and have been widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, photoelectric materials, dyes, and polymer additives. Therefore, the research on the synthesis of thiazolidine compounds and thiopyran compounds has attracted great attention for organic chemists. This paper mainly discusses the synthesis of thiazolidine and thiopyran compounds catalyzed by tertiary amines. The dissertation consists of two chapters:(1)Studies on the tertiary amine catalyzed the synthesis of thiazolidine compounds by the reaction of 1,4-disulfide-2,5-diol and 2-aminoacrylate.(2)Studies on the tertiary amine catalyzed the synthesis of dihydrobenzothiopyran compounds by the reaction of 2-mercaptobenzaldehyde and 2-aminoacrylate.In chapter one,a series of thiazolidine compounds were synthesized by the reaction of 1,4-disulfide-2,5-diol and 2-aminoacrylate under the catalysis of DABCO(triethylenediamine). The raw materials required for the reaction are easily available, and the reaction displays a broad functional group tolerance under mild reaction conditions with excellent yields. In chapter two,a series of dihydrobenzothiopyrans were synthesized by the reaction of 2-mercaptobenzaldehyde and 2-aminoacrylate under the catalysis of DBU(1,8-diazabicycloundec-7-ene).This reaction runs smoothly under mild conditions, affording the corresponding products in good to high yields. This reaction also has good functional group compatibility. |
