Preparation And Quality Study Of Compound Paracetamol Dry Suspension

Children as a special group of medications,the endocrine system,central nervous system and liver and kidney functions are not fully developed,so when choosing drugs for children,try to choose drugs that have no effect on the growth and development of children.At present,there are many undesirable conditions in the market for children’s medicines such as single dosage form,unreasonable usage and dosage,and poor taste.A dry suspension of compound paracetamol was prepared.Since the prepared drug is aimed at children,the taste will greatly affect the compliance of pediatric medication.Therefore,this study used the fluidized bed coating method to treat the prepared granules For taste masking,the content of the research includes the following three parts:(1)Establishment of analytical method for compound paracetamol dry suspension;(2)Study on the formulation and technology of compound paracetamol dry suspension;(3)Study on quality of compound paracetamol dry suspension.In order to facilitate the use of children and improve the compliance of medication,it is designed as a dry suspension with taste-masking effect.At the same time,its analysis method,prescription technology and quality are deeply studied.The resulting dry suspension has a small dosage,requires only a small amount of water to suspend evenly and is in the form of a semi-solid gel,prevents the liquid from being spilled when taking it,and has stable quality.It will become a clinically useful treatment for children’s colds.The prospective product has good suspension uniformity and stable product properties,and is suitable for children to take.
