Bacteria residue is the residue left after the effective substance is extracted from the antibiotic bacteria culture medium.It is rich in organic matter,but because it contains antibiotics,it is classified as hazardous waste.Therefore,this topic starts from the realization of the harmlessness and resource utilization of bacterial residue,and the research on the comprehensive utilization of bacterial residue.In this experiment,the moisture content,volatile content,ash content,fixed carbon content and C,N,H,and S element content of the raw material of antibiotic bacteria residue were analyzed.Analysis shows that the volatile content of the bacterial residue is as high as73%,the ash content is 18.86%,and the fixed carbon content is 7.49%.The carbonization and activation of the bacterial residue to prepare activated coke can effectively realize resource utilization and harmless disposal.The experiment firstly discussed the conditions for preparing activated coke with pure bacterial residue as raw material.The more suitable process conditions are: after grinding,150 mesh bacterial residue is pressurized at 15 MPa for 5 s to make agglomerates,and carbonized at 450 ℃ for 90 min,and then activated at 550 ℃ for 150 min,an activated coke with an iodine adsorption value of 237.45 mg/g and a wear resistance index of 80.64% was obtained.The bacterial residue activated coke prepared by the above method has strong wear resistance and is not easy to be powdered and broken,but has the problem of insufficient carbon base,which leads to difficulties in activation and pore formation and low iodine adsorption value.The experiment focused on studying the conditions for preparing active coke with bacteria residue and anthracite as raw materials,and asphalt as the binder.The optimal process conditions under the condition of pitch: bacteria residue: anthracite ratio of 10:45:45 were obtained: Carbonized at 550 ℃ for 90 min,and then activated at 850 ℃ for 90 min,the water flux is 10 ml/min,the abrasion index of activated coke produced under this condition is44.83%,and the iodine adsorption value is 556.04 mg/g,The yield is 33.30%.The experiment also explored the conditions for preparing activated coke under different ratios of asphalt mixture of 10%,15%,and 20%.The best ratio obtained was asphalt: bacteria residue: anthracite 20:27:53,and the activity was at this time.The scorch abrasion index is92.06%,the iodine adsorption value is 683.31 mg/g,and the yield is 35.74%.
