In the application of heterocyclic compounds,Nitrogen-containing Heterocycles are popular in kinds of drug molecule’s basic and core framework because of their characters are similar with Alkaloids in which indoles and its derivatives are used widely due to their structural diversities,strongly aromatic and the Nitrogen atom makes the structure more stable.These properties make them have more possibilities when put indoles in reactions.At the same time,Nitrogen heterocycles derivatives are frequently employed in the synthesis of coordination polymers since the stability and rich performance of the products which utilized in catalytic,sensing and ion exchange and so on.This paper study on the indoles and search a route which are easy to buy raw materials and treat after reaction,and mild reaction environment.Meanwhile,transition metals are popular in Nitrogen-containing Heterocycle’s synthesis as catalyst or reducing agent,so we choose Nickel and Titanium transition metal to participate in the synthesis of Nitrogen-containing Heterocycles derivatives and its application in Coordination Polymers.Therefore,this paper includes the following two parts:(1)Design the synthesis route of Nitrogen-containing Heterocycles derivatives with Titaninum transition metal as reductant agent,then choosing the optimal reaction condition through changing experimental conditions such as temperature,solvent and time etc,and then expand the substrate to get more kinds of Nitrogen-contaning heterocyclic derivatives.(2)Research on the Coordination Polymers with Nickel transition metal as central metal ion and choosing Nitrogen-containing.Heterocycles derivatives as ligands which applications were studied in Coordination Polymers,then analyzes the properties of the new structure and subsequently arrange the next performance testing based on the structural features.In this paper,we use transition metal as reducing agent in the reaction which through reduction and cyclization,then we get a series of indole derivatives firstly.The second part is that we use Nitrogen-containing Heterocycles as ligands in coordination polymerization which generates into new structure and further tests its catalytic performance in nucleophilic addition reaction.
