| In recent years,with the introduction of air-film reinforced concrete structure into China,the application of shotcrete technology has been expanded.In the past,shotcrete was mostly used for the support of underground works such as tunnels,as well as the quick repair of some concrete works.At present,it can be used as an important structural layer in air-film reinforced concrete structure,and has achieved good engineering and social benefits.With the increase of span and height of structure,the strength of shotcrete is required to be higher.This article USES made of industrial solid waste in the production of the preparation of solid waste base gelling materials,design a kind of high strength injection solid waste concrete base cement materials,used in reinforced concrete structure,the gas film can effectively utilize industrial waste residue,reduce the shotcrete original cost,realize the renewable utilization of resources,reduce the pollution to the environment.This thesis analyzes the influencing factors of high strength jetting solid waste based cementitious material concrete.The influences of water-binder ratio,cement content and cement-sand ratio(cementing material to aggregate ratio)on slump and mechanical properties at 1d,3D and 28 d ages of concrete based on solid waste cementing material were investigated.The results show that adding cement is particularly important for improving 1d strength of solid waste cementitious material concrete.When the cement content is more than 20%,the strength of solid waste cementitious material concrete at each age can meet the engineering design requirements of air film reinforced concrete structure.The slump decreases with the increase of cement content.When using low water-binder ratio,the 28 d age strength of concrete is improved obviously,but the early strength of concrete has no obvious change.Slump increases with the increase of water-binder ratio and cement-sand ratio.The mixture ratio of high strength jetting solid waste based cementitious material concrete was designed by uniform design test method.Dosage of cement,sand ratio,water/cement ratio and dosage of water reducing agent as four factors of uniform design test plan,test of high strength injection solid waste gelling material concrete slump and the mechanical properties were,and has carried on the regression analysis of test data,using the method of stepwise regression analysis were get slump,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the regression equation,It provides the basis and reference for the design and application of high strength jetting solid waste based cementitious material concrete mix ratio.Finally,the application test of high strength jetting solid waste based cementitious material concrete is carried out.In the practice base project of life College,solid injection test was carried out on the high strength solid waste based cementitious material concrete designed.The test results show that the high strength jetting solid waste based cementitious material concrete can be used normally in the air film reinforced concrete structure engineering,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for other projects and researches. |
