Research On Business Process Optimization Of D Environmental Engineering Company

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,the government attaches great importance to environmental pollution control,and the environmental protection industry has entered the "Red Sea" era.The operation and management level of D environmental protection enterprises is the key to support enterprises to win market competition.By optimizing business processes,improving operational efficiency has become the main theme for enterprises to promote change and seek development.Through theoretical and case studies,this paper focuses on process optimization from the perspective of value chain,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the literature on business process and process optimization of D environmental protection enterprises,analyzes the research status of business process of D environmental protection enterprises,and lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research;secondly,it comprehensively reviews the connotation,ideas and methods of business process,expounds the composition of value chain of environmental protection engineering enterprises,and establishes the framework of business process optimization under the value chain method Thirdly,it investigates the process operation status of D environmental protection company,analyzes the operation of basic business process activities,and explores the existing problems and the reasons behind the process operation;finally,it takes the market business and project construction as the main research objects,optimizes the process design of D environmental protection company,evaluates the effect,and formulates the implementation guarantee measures.With the help of theoretical research on value chain and business process,this paper establishes a business process analysis framework of environmental protection engineering enterprise from the perspective of value chain,and effectively guides the design and implementation of business process optimization scheme of d environmental protection enterprise.In view of the high operation and management cost,low management efficiency and low net profit level of d environmental protection enterprise,the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were conducted.The field survey found that the internal business process setting of D enterprise was unreasonable,the thinking of process setting value chain was missing,the operation efficiency was low,and the continuous optimization mechanism was lacking.On this basis,through the development of optimization scheme for the problems existing in the key processes,the business processes of marketing module and project construction module are analyzed in detail.Through integration,optimization and new addition,the optimization is conducive to promoting the creation,transfer and transmission of enterprise value.Through the evaluation of the implementation effect of the optimization scheme,the operation efficiency of the enterprise process is improved,and the customer satisfaction is improved significantly.Business process optimization should focus on the sense of innovation and value concept,supporting management and evaluation incentive mechanism,information technology support,and optimize the process in an all-round way.This work is a continuous,systematic and dynamic management project,which requires full-time follow-up by special personnel,good publicity and training work,and complete design of system,management rights and responsibilities and structure,so as to realize the value-added of assets and serve the development strategy of the enterprise.
