Faced with the ever-increasing energy demand in the world today,it is of great practical significance to fully develop and utilize biomass resources and prepare high-quality fuels.This thesis takes biomass-based furfural(FF)as the research object and develops two energy conversion pathways for furfural.First,through the aldol condensation reaction with acetone and furfural itself,a new carbon-carbon bond is constructed,and difurylidene acetone containing C=O and C=C unsaturated functional groups,furfurylidene,furfuryl,etc.It is converted into long-chain diol and medium-chain fuel precursor by hydrogenation catalysis;secondly,the product furfuryl alcohol is reduced to realize the alcoholysis reaction under microwave radiation to prepare fuel additive ethyl levulinate.The main results achieved are as follows:1.Through self-made bimetallic supported hydrogenation catalyst Pd/Ti-Zr,its highly selective hydrogenation performance is reflected in the reduction process of difurfuride acetone,and 1,13-tridecanediol is obtained to realize furfural Conversion to long-chain diols;2.By exploring the benzoin condensation reaction of furfural catalyzed by imidazole ionic liquids,it was discovered for the first time that BMIM-Br can efficiently prepare furoin and furoyl products,with a yield of up to 92.6%;Raney Ni is in furoin and furoyl products.100% of the raw material conversion rate was achieved in the catalytic hydrogenation process,which provided the possibility for the construction of medium-chain fuel precursors;3.Explore the co-catalysis of furfuryl alcoholysis by Sn-Ti sulfuric acid solid acid and acidic ionic liquid C5 MMS under microwave radiation.The conversion of furfuryl alcohol was 81.55% in 20 minutes,and the yield and selectivity of ethyl levulinate were 28.31,respectively.%,34.71%,which opened up a new way for the directional conversion of furfural into biomass energy,and provided certain theoretical support for the efficient utilization of furfural.
