Study On Long-Term Management Of Comprehensive Improvement Of Back Streets And Alleys In Wudang District,Guiyang

With the development and continuous expansion of cities in China,the level of public services such as environmental sanitation and infrastructure in cities is constantly improving.However,as an important part of the city,the back streets and alleys have a long history of construction,a large population,limited living space,less investment in environmental construction and cleaning,and imperfect infrastructure such as transportation and sanitation,which has affected the improvement of the back streets and alleys’ environment to a certain extent,leading to frequent problems of "dirty mess".Narrowing the gap between "dirty mess" and beautiful environment as soon as possible has become the urgent expectation of residents in back streets and alleys.At present,local governments pay more attention to the comprehensive improvement of urban back streets and alleys environment,and invest a lot of money to improve and achieve good results,but the long-term management after the improvement is not ideal.This problem should attract the attention of the government.This paper defines the back streets,comprehensive environmental improvement and long-term management,discusses the urban governance theory and the new public service theory,investigates the long-term management of comprehensive environmental improvement of back streets and alleys in Wudang District on the spot,sums up and refines the problems existing in the long-term management of comprehensive environmental improvement of back streets and alleys in Wudang District,analyzes the causes by using relevant theories,and on the basis of fully drawing on the advanced experience of long-term management of comprehensive environmental improvement of back streets and alleys at home and abroad,Suggestions such as stimulating endogenous motivation of departments to perform their duties,resolving conflicts of interests of multiple subjects,innovating daily supervision and management mode,and timely changing daily management mode are put forward to strengthen the long-term management of comprehensive improvement of the environment in the back streets and alleys of Wudang District,and create a good living environment that can be maintained for a long time for the residents in the back streets and alleys of Wudang District.
